FIFA hands former Tanzania FA boss a ten-year ban.
Former Tanzania Football Federation boss Jamal Malinzi has been handed a ten-year ban and also fined $503,000 by FIFA.

Former Spain manager Luis Enrique with a sad heart has announced the death of his nine-year-old daughter Xana Martinez following a battle with cancer.
Luis Enrique left the resigned from his duties last June in order to spend more time with his family, following Xana’s diagnosis with osteosarcoma, the most common form of bone cancer and prevalent in teenagers and young adults.

Virgil van Dijk due to his personal reasons will not be playing in the Netherlands' final Euro 2020 qualifier against Estonia in Amsterdam.
He was present during the whole game as the Dutch drew 0-0 in Northern Ireland on Saturday to qualify for the finals.
But the captain left their training camp and will not feature on Tuesday.
A statement was released by the Dutch Football Association (KNVB) saying that Van Dijk's absence for the Estonia game was due to "personal circumstances".
The 28-year-old Liverpool professional defender has not missed a minute of Premier League football this season, with the Reds eight points clear.
The next league match for Liverpool is away at Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Van Dijk, who cost £75m when he joined Liverpool from Southampton in January 2018, has featured in 64 of Liverpool's 66 league matches since then.
The Netherlands haven't qualified for the last two major tournaments but secured their place at next summer's European Championships with a 0-0 draw against Northern Ireland on Saturday, Nov 16.

Belgium secured top spot in their Euro 2020 qualifying group and stretched their perfect record to nine wins after two goals from Eden Hazard and one by his younger brother Thorgan inspired them to a 4-1 win in Russia.

Although both teams had already made it to the finals, the game got off to a fast start and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Thorgan Hazard fired the visitors ahead with a superb 19th-minute goal when he side-stepped his marker and blasted a shot into the top corner.
