Cbt is a good innovative move, but the minister of education should monitor centres to know how equipped their computer facilities is before hand, because a friend of mine on Monday went to the proposed center as early as 6am as when due, but due to incompetence of the computers and power outrage, they the first set ended up writing by 5pm, thereby they couldn't finish because of limited time, in essence i urge govt to look into this matter before next year's . Thanks all.
