Stupid people everywhere. The truth is that Ugwuanyi is the worst governor in Enugu state. The last pension he paid retired primary school teachers (which I am sure of) was December 2020. And I'm sure it is similar in other sectors. The worst part is the rate at which the infrastructures in Enugu (especially road) is getting really bad under his watch. Enugu state has not been same since he took over. Somehow, I think bubu is even better than him.

The scores remain the same. The failures remain the same. The registration remains the same.

The results the Army secretary released as contained on Buhari's Army forms, when it claimed the certificate was nowhere to be found, tallies with the result from the Cambridge Master Sheet.
