The journey of the finalists began when 52,000 students wrote a preliminary test. Out of the 52,000, 108 made it to the live-show. These 108 were the 74 best junior and senior students from all 36 states and the FCT (to ensure every state is represented). The remaining 34 were the best students nationwide – 17 junior and senior. In the end, 12 finalists emerged – 6 in the junior and senior categories and 2 of them (Munachiso and Jessey) will be walking away with the grand prize of N1Million each, an all-paid educational excursion outside the country and the ultimate bragging rights of being the 2017 Mathematics Champions.

Well the logic is wrong. They actually gave out $27 : $25 with the clerk and $2 with the other guy.

NASA's Voyager 1 probe lifted off on Sept. 5, 1977, a few weeks after its twin, Voyager 2. Together, the two Voyager spacecraft performed an epic "Grand Tour" of the solar system's giant planets, flying by Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.

But their work didn't stop there. Both spacecraft kept flying, pushing farther and farther into the dark, cold and little-known realms far from the sun.


Then, on Aug. 25, 2012, Voyager 1 popped free into interstellar space, becoming the first human-made object ever to do so. Voyager 2, which took a different route through the solar system, will likely exit the sun's sphere of influence in the next few years as well, mission team members have said.

And both spacecraft still have their eyes and ears open, all these decades later.

"It's amazing that the two spacecraft are still working after 40 years," said Ed Stone, who has been a Voyager project scientist since the mission's inception in 1972.

"When we launched, the Space Age itself was only 20 years old, so this is an unparalleled journey, and we're still in the process of seeing what's out there," Stone, who's based at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, told Space.com.

As of Friday (Sept. 1), Voyager 1 was a whopping 12.97 billion miles (20.87 billion kilometers) from Earth — more than 139 times the distance from our planet to the sun. Voyager 2 was about 10.67 billion miles (17.17 billion km) from its home planet.

Voyager 1 cruised by Jupiter in March 1979 and Saturn in November 1980. This latter encounter also included a close flyby of Saturn's huge moon Titan.

Voyager 2 pulled off its own Jupiter-Saturn double, flying by those two planets in July 1979 and August 1981, respectively. Then, the spacecraft had encounters with Uranus, in January 1986, and Neptune, in August 1989.

During this Grand Tour, both spacecraft beamed home data that surprised and excited scientists.

For example, before the Voyagers launched, the only known active volcanoes were here on Earth. But Voyager 1 spotted eight erupting volcanoes on the Jupiter moon Io, showing that the little world is far more volcanically active than our own planet. The mission also determined that Titan has a nitrogen-dominated atmosphere, just as Earth does.

"It may, in some important ways, resemble what the Earth's atmosphere was like before life evolved and created the oxygen that we all breathe," Stone said.

Furthermore, Voyager observations suggested that the Jupiter moon Europa may harbor an ocean of water beneath its icy crust — a notion that subsequent NASA missions have pretty much confirmed.

"I think what Voyager has done is reveal how diverse the planets and the moons and the rings, and the magnetic fields of the planets, are," Stone said. "Our terracentric view was just much narrower than, in fact, reality."

So we have this small land in the village which is part of an extended family land. But someone from nowhere just sold it. This person has no relationship with us; he is from another village entirely. He has no land around that area!
Please I need advice on how to take up the case.
Being an ancestral land in the village, we don't have documents as in government land registration and things like that.
Should we go ahead sue the man in court, or both the seller and buyer? What steps should we take?

How do you even trust such a system that is controlled by one person or a group? That they can ask everyone providing help to pay to a single account, you wouldn't know! The software is not even open source therefore it cannot be audited by a third party. Nobody knows the way the matching of people is done! Only the fraudster that owns it knows and can manipulate it at will. And people will believe whatever they tell them. What a scam! Nigerians have been duped!

Abeg I need the screen also

I mistakenly flashed a wrong custom recovery (either note 2 or tab 3) unto galaxy s3. On booting to recovery, the screen shorn blue and went off. On booting to normal mode, the touch screen no longer works. I flashed back the entire stock rom and nothing happened.
I've searched the Internet and understood (xda-developers) that the digitizer might have been fried.
My question is, is it possible to change only the digitizer? Most people suggest the entire screen. I don't have enough money to buy the screen.
Anyway I can get the screen for less than 10k?
