Be able to speak up and let your voice be heard, 2. In the group work, when you give a suggestion back it up with a cogent reason, even if it's not acknowledged by the group, don't worry one of the panelist might like what you said, 3. Do not speak negatively of any of your group members and be honest in responding to questions like nominate so so number of people that should be or not be given an offer especially according to performance and lastly, try to be either the group leader, time keeper or the one that writes on the board...
