Stop believing that 4cylinders in automobiles necessarily quarantees LOW fuel consumption! Your so-called 4cylinder - if you dont knw - can engulf an upward of 3litre of air per revolution and that is the function of the fuel it combusts. it all depends on the manufacturer's specification and design of the vehicle. Infact, V6 engines are there that the air intake is just 2.0litre/rev! So, technically speaking, i expect auto dealers to clearly state this (in litre) of every car's details they are giving on the great NAIRALAND.
