Please guys I look forward to your suggestions, my friend got approved on the 4th of this month in Abuja with document pickup location as Lagos. He is however yet to receive pickup instruction even after 10 working days. His status on the tracking link is also not updated, the status is same as it has been since the 4th. Any thoughts please

The target is to get GA/TA that will cover full tuition and include stipends.
