I WOULD HAVE JUDGED THE TWO RECRUITMENT AGENTS BUT WOULD NOT DO THAT BECAUSE I HAVE JUST HAD A SINGLE DEALING WITH THEM. I BELIEVE SOME NAIRALANDERS OUT THERE MOST HAVE HAD SERIES OF DEALINGS WITH THESE TWO RECRUITMENT AGENTS, AND PROBABLY KNOW BETTER THAN ME WHICH IS MORE ORGANIZED AND TRANSPARENT.WORKFORCE AND DRAGNET WHICH ONE DO YOU PREFER AND WHY.

dragnet is more organized than workforce but in terms of transparency I don't know.

The info on this thread is ever changing. I can remember peeps who went to the training school last week said they were told that the second batch would be called by the end of the month but now it is october. Also that those that didn't get the congratulatory sms weren't successful but kaydagreat and oyinlola got the sms for documentation/medicals and were called even ahead of those that had received the initial congratulatory sms. Abeg FBN staff at the training school won't kill us oooo. Just like I said earlier on this thread authentic info about this recruitment can only be gotten from fbn hq.

I won't dash anyone's hope but I think fbn is making use of only the lagos centre this time around.so many peeps that have insiders at the hq have confirmed the second batch is starting october. Congrats to those who were lucky to make first batch. I believe by october a lot of peeps scheduled to start must have gotten another job. To me I think it is unfair on the part of fbn using one training academy when they have at least 3

1) training school starts on wednesday next week
2) training school lasts for around 3 to 4 months
3) those who did medicals and documentation are currently waiting for a msg from fbn confirming them to start training
4) fbn is surely calling in batches....those dat have been contacted for medicals are batch 1 meaning theres surely a batch 2 but i dont know about a batch three
5) if u have received congrats message but not medicals msg you will surely be contacted for probably batch 2
6) if ur case is just update msg im totally unsure about it cos it seems a whole bunch of people got it but reason.....why would dey ask u to update ur profile if u wont be needed...there4 chances are dat u will be called even if its not second batch
7) during d medicals 4 batch 1 some ppl whr sent to batch 2 for failure to produce some necessary documents.ther4 dey wuld not start training skul wiv batch 1

but I doubt if you guys will spend 3 to 4 months at the training school. Unleaa things have changed training school is 4 weeks

workforce will simply tell you they've done their part that the rest is left to FBN.

av promised not to discuss this issue again but I must comment on this one. I think that's what you deserve. If I was to be in the ladys shoe I would have asked you who gave you this number in the first place. This is the corporate world my brother nobody wants to lose his job for giving out unauthorised information.if you don't know a close person in there better relax or as the lady said just admit you as a person wasn't successful. Have learnt from the assessment centre at iganmu that those peeps can be secretive.

Truth be told there would be a second batch that would include those that got only the congratulatory message and those who didn't get any. Don't ask me for my source. A couple of guys who didn't get any message at all but have an insider at first bank have already confirmed their names. We don't have to criticize those who gave feedbacks that we deem unencouraging yesterday. They only said what they were told at the training school by officials who do not know much about the whole recruitment process. Authentic info about the whole process can only be gotten from their top officers or better still the hq. Goodluck to everyone including me.
