Guys don't be discouraged yet by news from the training school. A source at the hq still insists the invitation is in batches.just like what someone that called the hq yesterday. Let's be hopeful

talk2dhanny: @vivicatee is right. That is what d staff said. Those that got d congratulatory msgs WILL be called in July (4wks time). They are the 2nd Batch. Nothing was said of those that didnt get any msg at all. Nothing God cannot do anyway.
Training for Batch 1 starts next wednesday - so i heard frm a staff.

so its the end of the road for those that didn't get the congratulatory msg? All will be well

I think it would be after that four weeks. Seems they want to make use of only lagos for training this time arounf. Before, they do spread the training across their 3 training schools in the country.

[color=#000099][/color]FBN should have used e mails in contacting successful peeps instead of this sms giving them delivery issues. For those that got the congratulatory msg but without the msg for documentation/medicals just go to the training school at iganmu tomorrow.

eemmyyy: Dear FBN hopefuls; i just finished my documentation n medicals an hour go. I was scheduled for 8am and they started on time. Some in my Batch (1) was aslo scheduled for 10:30am, 12 and tomorrow. we are about 20 during my time and I was able to peep thru d list when i was on verification. It seems that there are about 100 people invited for this batch and were scheduled for today and 2moro. we were given many forms ranging from personal details, education (degree to primary levels), declaration, reference, employment and guarantors form. After that we were taken to the hospital they booked for medicals which was rushed (as in docs were trying to beat their deadline). Finally, we were asked to go that we should expect to resume training by next week.

The invitation is neither alphabetical nor locations cos i met one whose name starts with Ta and others who came form kaduna, PH, Enugu, Lagos, etc.

On those expecting iv., it is in batches which i think borders on accomodation issues. Personally, i think that those who got the 1st success text will be invited for documentation n medicals. Those who didn't get should try and contact any insider partaking in this recruitment cos there are those who do not receive text but where called on phone. @All *let's keep hope alive*. He that started will definitely finish it.

in addition did they ask you guys to sign a bond that you won't leave the bank for a certain no of years?

eemmyyy: not just blood and urine. X-ray, BMI(Body Mass index- weight and height), Pulse, Blood pressure. Then, doctors examination which includes details of health history, Family health history, physical body examination, etc.

If FBN do not send anyother iv for medicals n docs bw now and sat 2nd Jun then know that the subsequent Batches will have their training on a different time with Batch 1 cos the head there said to my hearing that we will start training by next week. Also, from the look of things, they are rushing the docs/med cos when we got to the hosp., the medical attendat said that they have been waiting for us since 8 in the morn and believe me all the hospital staffs focused on us whc made us not to spend upto an hour there. The fact is that they will still invite and u should wait patiently. I think is worth waiting for. *keep hope alive*

guy feed me on the details of the medical test. Was it just collection of blood samples or other such as urine test as well as scanning was involved?

oyinlolami: Congratulations to all who made it already. To those who haven't gotten the invite, let's still be hopeful since the process is in batches. I really think they should have sent the congratulatory message to all though. People doing their medicals and documentation should please brief us about it. Should we keep hoping or forge ahead? I'm sure there would have been a hint at the centre today. It is well.

I agree with you. They ought to inform all successful peeps at once before sending the sms for medicals.

don't think so. They would have sent an sms. Its only union bank that calls with such numbers and that's after they must have sent a mail and sms

Tomorrow is another working day guys. For those that are yet to get their sms, in as much as their is batch 1 their must be batxh 2. Let's be hopeful.

I don't know which batch I belong to, but had the exercise on Friday, 27th of April, 2012. Pls, does anyone know which batch that is & should I be worried for not having gotten any congratulatory SMS yet? Pls help!

was it in lagos that you had your assessment and if yes did you use a lagos address for your contact details update?

Ibadan is not far from lagos compared with where I do come from to write test in lagos. I think peeps are slated for both tomorrow and thursday. You can go there if you do not get any message before the end of today.

I'll advice if you are staying in lagos go to their training school at iganmu tomorrow to clarify things cos I believe your sms must have been sent by fbn but somehow could be their portal or network problem that is delaying it.

I have a feeling it could be alphabetical. For those that have been called, let's get to know the first alphabet of your surname.

only time will tell. But I think fbn should send conhratulatory msgs to all successful ones before allocating them into batches

cnwokike: My people, just got an info from a friend that FBN does serious scrutiny and goes as far as to the primary school to verify their employees' age. So if you have know you are a victim better start regularizing your position now!!!
