Hello House, please do I need to do a tb test before applying for UK visitor's visa of 6 month. I plan to spend just 2 weeks in UK?

I applied for E-visa on the 10th of January,2024. The E-visa was approved today 22nd of January, 2024. Though it was stated on the visa that I must leave Nigeria on the 11th of Feb and come back on the 20th of February, 2024 because I'm going for a 5 day workshop in Boksburg.
