EFCC moves to prosecute seven corrupt JudgesonJanuary 04, 2014/ inNews1:00 am /CommentsBy Soni Daniel, Regional Editor, NorthThe Supreme Court is set to meet on the cases of the 23 judges, who are being investigated over large scale corruption. This is just as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, moves in to take over the matter from where the council stops.Saturday Vanguard learnt that that already the commission’s operatives had established enough evidenceof corruption against seven of the affected judges and was ready to charge them to court any moment from now.The Chairman of the Commission, Mr. Ibrahim Lamorde, is reported to have visited the Chief Justice of Nigeria and given the assurance that the judges would be charged as soon as the NJC concluded its findings on them.Saturday Vanguard learnt yesterday that the CJN had however asked the panels probing the judges to give them ‘fair hearing’ in the discharge of their assignment. It was gathered that the directive by the CJN to the panels to ensure that each of the suspects were heard out, was responsible for the delay in the meeting of the NJC to ratify the verdict of the panels. It was learnt that the Supreme Court would first meet on the matter before an enlarged meeting of the NJC to take a final decision on the fate of the affected judicial officers.Findings by Saturday Vanguard showed that the panels, which sat on the petitions raised against the judges found almost all of them culpable and accordingly recommendedthat they be reprimanded by the judiciary to serve as a deterrent to others in the system.A top judiciary source told Saturday Vanguard that the CJNwas eager to see an end to the matter, which has impinged negatively on the image of the judiciary.“But what is clear is that the CJ also wants to call the bluff of the affected judicial officers and see to the end of the matter before her retirement towards the end of the year. The suspected judges are from the State and Federal High courts as well as the Court of Appeal.

Politics / The Battle Cry. Nigeria Vs The Youths by kenrino(m): 12:07pm On Dec 22, 2013
THE YOUTHS BATTLE CRY: DIEU ET MON DROIT! HRR NA NE!
On the 7th of December 2013, a blog ‘’www.corruptbounty..com’’ was launched by the webmaster of www.kenadvocacy..com titled Corruption Hunter. The letter ‘i’ in the Corruption word was formed with the pointed nose of a gun and what came to mind was Ghana.
The House Cleaning exercise of J. J. Rawlings in 1979 speaks volumes and justifies why the gun remains one of the most viable option of tackling corruption. Ghana was in a very difficult and pitiable condition has corrupt leaders plundered and laundered their treasury. There was no regard for the common man and injustice ruled the roast. There was no hope as unemployment drove many Ghanaian youths to neighbouring countries in search of respite.
Jerry John Rawlings struck. He took over the government and gunned down a few generals, corrupt Supreme Court judges were also exterminated. This house cleaning exercise later saw the disappearance of over 300 Ghanaians. The J J Rawlings Revolution saved Ghana.
Now how do we solve a problem like Nigeria and stop the war on youths.
We have the resources but we have not been resourceful. Oil discovery was a boom but it hatched our doom. I think our past and present leaders must be held responsible.
Nothing! Nothing! And nothing has been done to stop the Nigerian state oppression of the youths that has lingered for decades. Of lack of employment opportunities, basic and social amenities, zero infrastructure, nonchalance of the state leadership, obviously a sign of a failed state.
How long shall they kill our enthusiasm, how long shall they oppress us, how long shall they deny us equity and justice, how long shall they deny us our rights while we stand aside applauding and admiring their folly? Millions of Nigerians still live below 1 dollar a day in a country where leaders gets above 30 million Naira salaries. Many youths are left for poverty and respite only comes through illegal and unholy business. It is absolutely unfair how our national resources have turned into family business for some elites. The super rich in Nigeria cannot justify the source of their wealth just as the Federal government can’t give a valid explanation of how our money is being spent. The super rich are a bunch of opportunists aligned with past and present leaders and proceeds from our resources goes into their pockets. How did T.Y Danjuma get so rich? Where and how did the likes of M. K. O. Abiola, Jimoh Ibrahim and Babangida get so rich?
There are funds to loot. There is money to lavish on unprofitable events, enough money to pay leaders millions of Naira salary, there is money to spend on bogus contracts and elections, there is so much money that the president can take 1 billion naira to feed in a single year. And yet a graduate cannot get a decent job, a graduate cannot setup a business on his own either. A graduate is left to depend on struggling parents for survival.
The Government and all its lame institutions are guilty as hell. The only progress visible is the one on paper. Bogus statistics meant to demean and play on our intelligence. Initiatives launched only for the benefit of their cronies. The National Directorate of Employment is lame. The National Economic Reconstruction Fund has collapsed. The Bank of Industry has become a bank of Indolence, only industrious to the corrupt. The three arms of government stink with decay. The Judiciary has been desecrated by corrupt and demonic Judges who auction judgements for sale. Why has it taken more than a decade and the Judiciary are yet to give Comandclem Nigeria Limited Justice? It is indeed a case of the Nigerian State’s orgy in discouraging youth creativity, and murdering of Intellectual Property Rights. 14 years and still counting, a renowned inventor’s right to royalty being denied.
Nigeria deserves a better leadership not of the PDP or APC. We deserve better candidates undefiled. Unfortunately, the Nigerian State cannot bring worthy candidates like Professor Pat Utomi to power. What prevails in Nigeria is the selection and rotation of power among and between the corrupt ring.
The youths are fed up. We deserve much more from the Nigerian State. Nigeria has been lucky so far that the youths have not reciprocated the Nigerian State assault. As Nigerian citizens we have a God given equal rights to our resources. The Nigerian State owes us a lot. Let it be known that beyond words, we are sharpening our knives and loading our guns.
Dieu et mon droit! Hrr na ne! God and our rights! At them!

“INJUSTICE” GLADYS OLOTU AND IBRAHIM LAMORDE: PARTNERS IN CRIME AND THE MACHINATIONS OF THE PUPPETEERS

Even if the heavens fall, Justice must prevail. If there were ever a time to stand and fight, now is the moment. When the puppets dance, we don’t see the strings and the pullers of the strings are not seen either. Washed ashore is the secret of the deep and here we are, crying for Justice.

There is nothing she can do to ever undo the injustice meted out to law abiding and innocent citizens of Nigeria since she became a judge. ‘’Injustice’’ Gladys Olotu, the present Judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja is an emblem of corruption. She is the Chief Auctioneer of Judgment, lazy and ignorant. So how do we solve a problem like “Injustice” Gladys Olotu?

It is still fresh in our minds how Comandclem Nig. Ltd was at the receiving end of Mrs Olotus Injustice. It all began when David stood up to Goliath. On 2nd May, 2000, Comandclem Nig Ltd dragged Mobil Producing Nig. Unlimited to court for non-payment of royalties and breach of contract. It was a case of the thief (infringer) and the owner (Inventor). Therefore, the presiding Judges dispensed judgment uprightly. At interlocutory judgements, Mobil the thief had no cause to smile. Infringement of Intellectual Property Right is Criminal! So Mobil must face the music and pay dully and dearly!

However, Mobil the puppeteer and “Injustice” Gladys Olotu, Ibrahim Lamorde, the Chairman of EFCC and the Nigerian Police, being the puppets machinated and orchestrated the slaughtering and murder of Justice. After the neck breaking interlocutory judgment of Hon. Justice D.A. Adeniji, Hon. Justice Chukwuma Eneh JCA (as he then was), Hon. Justice S.A. Akintan JSC, in the Federal High Court, May 2002, Appeal court in July, 2005 and Supreme Court in May 30th, 2006 respectively, Mobil Producing Nig. Unlimited influenced the promotion of Justice D.A. Adeniji J. from the Federal High Court to the Appeal Court and hired a seasoned Killer/murderer of Justice to fill the seat. He who pays the piper dictates the tune, in continuation of the case at the trial court, “Injustice” Gladys Olotu had to dance to the tune and respond to the strings of the puppeteer by upturning the decision of superior courts.

When an appellate court reviews an interlocutory order, its decision on the matters contained in the order is final. However unfortunately, Justice Gladys Olotu entertained a finally settled judgment and decision of a superior court and also turned it over, doing the bidding of her pay master. She understood a Patent Right to be Patient Medicine Store. How on earth should a learned judge be so ignorant? Either she feigned ignorance or really ignorant is not for me to decide. She completely upturned the interlocutory judgment by stating that her superior judges were ignorant of law. She claimed that the Superior Justices judgments were held in error. i.e. per in curiam. What an insult!

It is no more news that “Injustice” Gladys Olotu is a chief auctioneer of Judgment. Her numerous bank accounts in different banks both home and abroad are testaments. Besides uncountable assets home and abroad, she has over two billion naira in cash (N2,000,000,000.00).
Of course she will have a lame explanation for the ill gotten wealth and her partner in crime, Ibrahim Lamorde of the EFCC will cut her loose. However, it baffles me that despite the glaring and overwhelming evidence of Gladys Olotu’s ill gotten wealth at the expense of Nigerians innocence, she is yet to be charged to court and she is still a judge at the Federal High Court, Abuja. Ibrahim Lamorde, has been dilly-dallying instead of approving the commencement of her prosecution.

Nigerians rights have been sold many times, innocent people languish in jail, while the filthy walks the streets head high, and many people have been rendered hopeless because the common man now believes he cannot get justice in Nigeria. All thanks to corrupt and bad eggs such as “Injustice” Gladys Olotu.

Comandclem Nig. Ltd has endured more than a decade of “Injustice” hatched in year 2007. Now at the Supreme Court, a speedy judgment, unreserved benefits and compensation for Comandclem Nig. Ltd is the only way to right the wrongs and heal the wounds inflicted on Nigerians by “Injustice” Gladys Olotu.

The incorruptible leadership of Justice Mariam Aloma Muhktar must rise up to the occasion and put a final end to judgment auctioning, evil machinations of the puppeteers and Injustice in the Judiciary.

Nairaland / General / Oshiomole: Why Did You Not Listen To Mike Ozhekome by kenrino(m): 12:13am On Nov 12, 2013
I still cannot comprehend the news that i read on nairaland.com. Governor Oshiomole signing into law the extermination of kidnappers, I think it unwise. It shows the double standard ruling the roast in Nigeria as the poor and less privileged suffers from a bagged corner and gets killed for being human.

An adage says when a toad is hunted to its house, it turns back and bites. The youth have suffered so much in the hands of the ruling elites and the poor are the most unfortunate. The Government disposition is nothing short of discouraging and forcing the poor to seek survival at all cost and kidnapping, Scam artistry, 419 etc. has been surviving enterprises for the frustrated youths.

I am in no way justifying the act of kidnapping but I think the capital punishment for kidnapping is barbaric and hypocritical. That decision was made in an emotionally destabilized moment. Oshiomole, visibly angry, came to office at about 7:30 am the following day after a kidnap event, and called for the amended kidnap law file. Oshiomole was particularly touched that Esan sons and daughters, who came home from Europe, America and other parts of the world for a meeting, were either kidnapped or short dead in the unfortunate event. At about 11am, the governor signed the kidnap bill into law and urged all those concerned to ensure full implementation. The law prescribed death penalty for kidnappers.

Did Governor Oshiomole consider the advice of Chief Mike Ozhekome at all? A victim of kidnap himself, he advocated for amnesty. He told tales of his encounter with graduates turned kidnappers. What on earth would make such bright leaders of tomorrow turn kidnappers? Governor Oshiomole! Do you have the answer? If the kidnappers were as fortunate as Esan, his sons and daughters, having the means to live abroad or comfortably in Nigeria, would they have turned kidnappers? It is no more secret that majority of the rich in Nigeria today got their fortunes one way or the other from corrupt government and recently, General Yakubu Gowon confessed that those who seek a divided Nigeria are the ones who have not had a share of the National Cake.

What other language does the government understand? If our leaders are yet to discover the grave danger of unemployment and corruption in high places, then the country must be hopeless. They adorn themselves in beautiful apparels, costly attires, perfume, gold and diamond jewels, they move in exotic and bullet proof cars and fly in private jets, their food budget runs into million and billions of Naira while they look on the poor with such despicable eyes. They created the problems that forced bright minds in to kidnapping, now the same unfortunate ones are to pay for it with their lives.

Governor Oshiomole! Even if the heavens fall, justice must prevail. If only you know the true meaning of Justice. Sign the death penalty for corrupt leaders. Hang one on the three and see a beautiful Nigeria born and an end to kidnapping. Now that Kidnappers are to die, don’t you think what is good for the goose is also good for the gander?

it is unfortunate that crooks and scam artists have taken over the information market
www.classicalinnovations.com.ng/legitinfo.htm was setup to police this development.

Though the official site is under construction we were forced to put this up first.
Marketers should submit their information products to the site admin for review. if it is viable, it will be listed on the website page.

All information seekers are advised not to purchase any information not listed on the website.

I want to appreciate my fellow patentees who have taken the bold step in identifying the need for action and posting on Goodluck Jonathan's wall.
When you have a patent right on an invention and you commercialize it. Any person, firm, government, organization etc whatsoever using your invention is under the obligation to pay you your royalties. Failure to pay is a punishable criminal act. We are enforcing the payment at the law court if Mobil refuses to repent and pay up when there is still time to do so out of court.
Of-course The president can influence and force Mobil to pay up. All he needs is the will, when there is a will, there is a way.
Mobil may be banking on their ability to bribe and intimidate judges. that's the only leverage left for Mobil.
I know Mobil is just buying time, they wanna die fighting. Goliath didn't just lie down while David smote him.

Lets keep trying our best because i can see the future. All patentees will smile. The mouth of the Lord has spoken it. It will never go back void.

If it goes in our favor at the negotiation table good, if it does not, the supreme court will give us what we need. We own the invention. There is no doubt about that. So we must get our reward for the invention. Thats certain.
We will do our own part as patentees and leave the admin to concentrate on theirs.
To add the president on facebook, search for goodluck jonathan, You will find the 'add as friend' icon on his page. Click on it. You should be accepted in less than48 hours. If not, just click on the 'message' icon on his page and send your write up into his message box.
Fellow patentees, do not forget to carry out both steps. The ccnl admin has managed and succeeded in conquering the giant Mobil after fierce battles in the law court and offcourt. Kudos to the king. We the patentees will do our own part. We have been given the final pass. We will gladly do the finishing in front of goal.
Good morninng to you all.
