And why are you pro raila?

I am against hegemony of any kind. economic, hereditary, political, cultural, educational etc

Thus why if you told me your people group I would specifically allow you to see inside your party representative

o now tell me what you know about fairness and equality in Kenya. What about the hague/ocampo case? have u been following the proceedings cz I have and its intense.
nway.

FAIRNESS IS WHEN THE DAILY WAGES OF THE POOR RISE ENOUGH TO WITHSTAND THE NATION'S POVERTY AND INFLATION. WHEN ALL PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE IN TAXES NOT THE POOR AND MIDDLE CLASS.

WHO ARE YOU FIGHTING FOR UPENDO? Same billionaires? Millionaires? taking from the national purse and paying themselves with no fear or shame. ASHA!!! not under the new constitution.

I hope their circumcision is not to avoid Mungiki matchet and hopelessness that the current government would rather leave the thugsin the city and across the nation.

"I swear you have no clue whatsoever about Kenya. What I see is you collecting bits and pieces of old info here and there. You are all over the place. Your politics sound more like rumour not facts. You talk about minimum wage of Ksh 8000 per hour? eqv of usd 100/hrhuh Are you insane."

I am shocked that the abnormal wages of the members of parliament in Kenya are the normal for you who are quasi the current educated of Kenya. Is this giving up or you feel you are not worth $89 daily at the minimum wage? Does Kenyatta not wish to alleviate poverty in Kenya ? How about Kibaki?

Government is like a father. The government must stump away outlawed groups across the country. ALI did right in quailing violence where he did, if the finding arrives there. It will be worse if there is a finding of collusion. Government hiding in corruption
Foreign AffairsRe: Ocampo/hague Kenya Case by kenyaman(op): 3:30am On Oct 04, 2011
the anti raila leaders team up to form an alliance as they have done now, what chances does he have?

Here is the language, anti, is not a group of politicians with the policy that helps you. It is politics only to defeat the other guy in this case RAILA.

You talk about minimum wage of Ksh 8000 per hour? eqv of usd 100/hrhuh Are you insane? Am sorry but am shocked !!

Just to clarify, I was talking about a minimum of only $90.00 a day/ not an hour. Please note the error. There is no emotion in me requiring that minimum wage be moved to Ksh.8000 a day.

If the poor in Kenya are paid a living wage, peace, not chaos will reign. People will be able to create more and more wealth for themselves. If this is imposible, let MP's be paid this minimum wage and we see if they truly serve kenya because of their intrinsic love to serve the country. NO THEY ARE GREEDY

NGILU IS SENSIBLE IN SOME INSTANCES. SHE APPEARS TO HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE PLATFORM LIKE ODINGA, KENYA WILL NEED AT LEAST 4 NATIONALISTS TO WORK IN A SINGLE CONSTITUTION PLATFORM.

THE NO CAMP SHOULD STEP ASIDE

want a leader who can lead. But whey are they not fronting themselves? what options are we left with if the guys on the field are the guys we hate to see? We only end up choosing the lesser devil if it comes to that.

As Kenyans in a democracy, this constitution we are entitled to nominate and select a candidate that is truly a nationalist not a tribal leader.

a) clues are readily available, a nationalist leader is very inclusive and constantly uses Swahili to communicate in all the rallies.

b) Wishes to build Kenya from coast to lake Victoria. We never and have never seen such leadership to the current leadership that has been extremely tribal. Building even tribal universities for Kenya.

c) The new constitution is the option, this removes ALL THE NO CAMP for Kenya leadership. Secondly remove the FLIP FLOP parliamentarian during the passing of the Constitution.

d) You are left with only KIBAKI, RAILA, Woman leader.

e) Now check ALI case and see where else you can get a trustworthy leader

sad video

What was sad? The witness of Kenyatta? Remember this is Kikuyu testifying for another Kikuyu? What do you think? Oath broken may be?
Foreign AffairsRe: Ocampo/hague Kenya Case by kenyaman(op): 8:10pm On Oct 03, 2011
And why are you pro raila? Hes a traitor and dictator fyi. That guy will sell Kenya to the west! You are joking! Do u know 'one'of the reasons moi was hated by the west was cz he never sucked up to them? Its the same thing happening.Kibaki doesnt give a damn.He loves kenya too much and not only that. His giving so many goverment contracts to chinese companies has put him at logger heads with the west. They will use every opportunity to destabilise a goverment just to have their say.

One, contracts aside, I am solely focused on the idea that government works best where there is fairness and justice. I do not support the theory that one tribe has hegemony over statehood. I do not believe upendo or pendo that one tribe should rule forever by oath. I do not support dominance of one people group by buying a number of small groups to gain power. I believe in CLEAN elections.

One, man, one vote, one woman, one vote. I believe in taxes, but not tribal taxes like in these past regimes where the leaders never pay their fair share, or care about raising wages for the majority in culture. Why should a President have massive lands across Kenya? Why should a government protect corruption in the government? Why should government money be used to travel around the world by Kenya jets paid by Kenyans to protect tribal politicians? Why should Kenyans support the G7? The platorm for them is NOT KENYA. THEIR PLATFORM is personal POLITICS. They want to curve power for themselves not power to KENYANS>

1. Have you ever hard Kenyatta suggest that if elected he will make sure that the minimum wage is Ksh 8,000 per hour?

2. Where did Kibaki make a claim that whoever took land by abuse of power will return it to the public or county where the land was stolen?

3. Where have you hard Kenya Central politicians support a President candidate from the coast province or North Eastern province or Luo, Nyanza Province?

I would call traitor the one who has a private army collecting money for his tribal poor, while the rest of the country is burning of hunger. The Mungiki oath which is a tribal oath sworn by all tribesmen does not support where ALI would come from as a commander in chief. If you support ALI I hope you do not support the Churchman MAINA Njenga who holds to circumcision of ALL LUO men to be able to LEAD KENYA.

Would you support the status qua?

Federalism is more complex than a centralised system of goverment. For it to be achieved there must be a positive attitude to embrace and build it. At the moment the consituency development funds has in some regions benefited some communities.

Federalism has worked in most of Europe, Canada and United States. In fact the countries where federalism has worked are very wealthy. For Federalism to work, each state must truly be independent of the federal government.

Each State controls its own taxes.

Business taxes for those within a state, car tabs taxes, merchandise taxes, import export taxes for certain items received via a given state, property taxes of all buildings built within the state,

See, if it works in the United States, it can work everywhere and anywhere.

HAGUE OFFICE IN KENYA

1. WE WELCOME THE HAGUE OFFICE IN KENYA

2. SUCH AN OFFICE WILL CALM THE TEMPERATURES OF THOSE WHO THINK THEY MUST USE TRIBAL TIES TO RULE

3. CORRUPTION MAY SOON BE A THING OF THE PAST SINCE CORRUPT PEOPLE WILL BE IN THE RADAR OF INTERDENOMINATIONAL LAW.

4. RUTO, UHURU, KALONZO, WAMALWA, THE COASTAL MUDIGO ETC; WILL NO LONGER USE THEIR PLATFORMS TO FIGHT RAILA POLITICALLY; BUT TO TELL kENYANS WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR KENYANS.
a) Will they or have they all paid their taxes like all Kenyans

b) What are they going to do with wages, increase their salaries at the expense of the Wanainchi?

c) Will they support the MAJIMBO and allow each rejoin autonomy? Will the ports be regionalized?

d) Will each region be allowed to raise money by its own local tarriffs that are harmonized with the central governments

e) Will KilIfi county, Bomet county, Mombasa county etc be able to charge licenses for vehicles that are in their county? and keep such revenue locally? Will a lisence for one county be able to used across the nation?
Foreign AffairsRe: Ocampo/hague Kenya Case by kenyaman(op): 6:41am On Oct 03, 2011
It is not actually true that the departure of Ocampo from the Hague relieve him of the duty to prosecute. By Ocampo team setting an office in Kenya with full diplomatic relations with the Hague. It means that these cases take over six, seven, or eight years to prosecute.

Now that Haqgue will be able to prosecute, Ocampo can go to South America, specifically Argentina, but other prosecutors are already ready to deal with the rest of case. This matter I believe will be confirmed and whether its five, three or two. The lessons to be learned are too much to number in any case.

Stick to english please cz the forum is public. You are aware its against rules ok?
Plus your swahili is the book type lol.I understand everything but its more like reading a kamusi or dictionary

So why are you into all these sautiyakericho? what prompted you to start this thread? are u kenyan in nigeria or what?

This question was answered by my rigor in Swahili. As to the undertaking to promote Sautiyakenya or Sautiyakericho, this came about as I began to realize, that TV shows are selective as to what they can show. This is the whole works.

ll these leaders who appear at the ICC dont do so because their systems are bad,Its cz they have no option. They MUST or they get arrested like sadam.

This is not quite right for Kenya. Kenya has had a broken legal system since Kenyatta. Kitu kidogo among government leaders, let to kitu kidogo among the police. Tribalism, isolation of minority groups from power. Kenyatta and the rise of Kikuyu dynasty. The struggle of the Luo, Luya and Kalengin. The gang governance of the larger people groups. THIS GOVERNMENT IS NOT READY TO TRY a group of people who have chosen to raise their wages every year, but the wages of the wanainchi have remained the same.

How can Uhuru, Saitoti or any who have held the economy or education .labor docket, and even Kibaki be genuine politicans when they take money which should be used to develop the NATION for their fat wages. NO WE NO DOT YET HAVE THE UHURU WE NEED.

It is my view that the KRA, like GEMA is out to benefit very few, even in the three tribes above. ONLY Hague is the hope of KENYA. We must invest in Hague, even as the NEW CONSTITUTION seeks to clean corruption. Has the speaker of the house paid taxes on his income?

I think the new constitution is slow, because the "NO" camp has everything to loose from that constitution. The insiders are also calculated that their wages may be checked soon or later. WATCH, WATCH the HAGUE/Kenya case

enyanman I think you r mzungu mweusi.

I love talking about anything under the earth. From weather to diapers. That is why am still here.

I don't doubt your uzalendo but its been a while since you were in Kenya.I can tell that.

Finally I have visited sauti ya kenya. By the way I came across that sauti in my usual browsing even before I met you here. I just dint understand what it was all about.

just stop asking me to keep checking it over and over. its tiring.

I am unsure how a mzungu mweusi looks like. When you see one introduce him to me. Talking of diapers, are you a married woman or single? Under what context would you want me to discuss with you diapers? " Beth Mugo" makes a claim that in certain instances of her politicians.

WE ARE IN HAGUE BECAUSE KENYA LUCKS THE FACILITIES, THE WILL POWER IN THE POLITICAL STRUCTURE TO CURRENTLY DEAL WITH THESE CASES.

I THINK IN THE NEW GOVERNMENT CONSTITUTION AND THE 212 LEADERSHIP, WE SHALL HAVE A MUCH BETTER GOVERNMENT COMPOSITION TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUES OF FAIRNESS, JUSTICE, EQUITY ETT. WE HAVE YET TO CONVINCE THE CURRENT KIBAKI PARLIAMENT WHETHER OR NOT POLITICIANS IN POWER YOUR PAY THEIR TAXES. iMAGINE. wHY SOULD ONLY KIBAKI , RAILA AND A FEW OF THE POLITICIANS PAY TAXES AND NOT THE REST?

You sound like somebody who is still living under the moi era.Have you been to Kenya since multipartism was introduced?
When section 2A was changed to give rise to multiparty? That is when Kenya started changing. It was in 1997!

Categorically, no. The Moi era was not much a change for me. Neither is the current government under Kibaki. Once the new constitution is fully implemented, shall we begin to see the change we have been waiting for in the Republic of Kenya.
