I came across this thread on nairaland, really awesome.
I am planning the costing of the finishing of my building.
I was wondering if you could derive costing for the finishing of the building.

The materials for the finishing has already been bought.
They include the electrical and toiltery fittings, the POP material
for the sitting room and other areas, the railing for the stairs, the
doors and windows, chandaliers, lights.
However the kitchen cabinets and paints for both inside and outside is
to be purchased.
