Exactly what happened to A15 in April, NYSC promised 27th but we saw it 29th, but do u what?? i was posted to BORNO state. so guys just try make fun of the delay don't keep grudges against anyone because you may end up in the same camp.

According to a friend from school the nysc guys had hitches because they wanted to send out the CULs according to age groups.

The first group would get theirs before the day ends.
