u guys shld check if u have been mobilised..some of us are getting feedback that we have not been mobilized because the institution did not send valid details of them. just go to this link http://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc3/CompletePayment put in ur email address and password. if uve made payment, it will tell that u have..then go to the home page and see what it tells u..if u see the error msg, u are likely to b in stream 2
