I have always maintained that religion reduces people to dimwit and that is exactly what defines this very pastor who tried to replicate the iconic walking on water by Jesus Christ as recorded by the Holy Book. Unfortunately for this pastor who was identified as Jonathan Mthethwa, of the Saint of the Last Days Church, he was devoured by three crocodiles.

The Herald Zimbabwe reports that Pastor eaten by Crocodile Mthethwa, from a local church in White River Mpumalanga died Saturday morning trying to demonstrate the biblical miracle to his congregants. He drowned in the Crocodile River and was seen by his church members getting eaten by 3 crocodiles.

An Igbo socio-political pressure group, Nzuko Umunna, yesterday called on the Federal Government to extend the bail granted leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to his colleagues, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi, as earlier allowed by the court.

The call was made in a statement signed by Coordinator and Secretary of the group Mr. Paschal Mbanefo and Mrs. Ngozi Odumuko.

Nzuko Umunna noted that while they join other well-meaning Nigerians to welcome the smooth perfection of bail granted Nnamdi Kanu, they demand that the gesture be extended to his colleagues who were previously granted bail by the court.
Part of the statement read: “Nzuko Umunna salutes the timely response of the South East senators Caucus especially Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe and also the two others who signed the bail bond for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, Tochukwu Uchendu, Jewish Chief High Priest, Immanuel-El Shalom Oka-Ben Madu.

“As we welcome Nnamdi Kanu’s bail, we wish to state clearly that it will be recalled that Nzuko Umunna has earlier called for unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu and his colleagues and we are not reneging on that until justice is seen to have been done.

“We wish to reiterate our stand that the rights of Nnamdi Kanu and his colleagues must be respected and that the government should, as a matter of fact, look into the numerous issues that have given rise to the unprecedented upsurge in agitations in the Southeast, instead of using brutal force to suppress peaceful protests.”

A man has shocked the world with a bizarre addiction to his smartphone which has led him to getting married to the device.
The man identified as Aaron Chervenak who is an artist, took the idea of weird marriage to a whole new level when he decided to marry his smartphone.
According to Oddity Central, the man drove from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Nevada to finally take the love for his smartphone to the next level by marrying it at a small wedding chapel. And he even put a ring on it.
Speaking about the event, Chervenak said: “We look to it for solace, to calm us down, to put us to sleep, to ease our mind, and to me that’s also what a relationship is about.”

"So in a sense, my smartphone has been my longest relationship. That’s why I decided to see what it was like to actually marry a phone.”
