Receiving a text or mail inviting one for an interview has always given job seekers a burst of hope. Some would jump in excitement, enthusiastic and appreciative that finally somebody has considered their application. Others however, after scrutinizing the text a number of times, would continue with their business indifferent, because according to them, "no be today".
Fast forward to the night before the interview- perusal of interview tips, how tos and google searches-, to the D-day- the time spent in the waiting room before being called in-, to then the actual Interview.
Question after question, answer after answer- sometimes lies after lies- the interview progresses. the duration varies but one thing that is common to all interviews is the final line-which usually comes from the interviewer- 'WE WOULD GET BACK TO YOU"".

However worthy of note is the fact that that never happens and the interviewee is usually left wondering what happened?. lol

Now, HOW MANY INTERVIEWS HAVE YOU BEEN PROMISED A " We would get back to you"? . How many actually gave you feedback positive or negative?. Is that sentence just a cliche?.
Why can't interviewers just tell you whether you got the job or not?

Hello Guys, I need your candid thoughts on this issue..

This month is the 12 th month since I started dating this lady. I know she loves me because she has been supportive as I am not working currently and thus broke. she works with one of the big four audit firms. Although she still stays with her parents

she calls, helps with some cash when I am in dire need. Heck, she even sponsored out last date.

I love her too, and yes, I need her now. At least if I was going to receive one call a day, she would be the one (friends are too busy, parents don't need to call).

she assures me that she always want to be there for me, and I need not worry about her leaving me. But , I notice something,. At times she doesn't pick my calls and the only explanation i get is that "I was doing something". something she never tells me exactly what.

she did same today. we spoke this morning and all was fine, we said our " love you'" and wished eachoda a great Sunday.
she called later in the afternoon at 2 pm. I was asleep and thus missed the call. Although I called her back after waking about 10 times between 4 and 9 pm, she did not pick up.

However, she called by10pm and all she said was that she was doing somethings. I asked what and she went mute and only offered that we talk later.

I am palpitating, sweating, and staring at the ceiling, confused and can't sleep . I have enough on my plate already, a part of me is telling to move on, or prepared to receive the break up line. Another part of me is crying, I need her , don't leave me now.

Pls help with experienced advice
