Allah says '' everyone shall taste death'' 3:185 and in other places too. Once one dies, there is a barrier between the dead person and this life and that barrier cannot be trespassed. Like u rightly said, it is only in film industry that impossible things get to happen while in reallity it can't. This life is a test for the hereafter, once you are gone, you are gone, only one chance, you ain't coming back or Reincarnated into something else as that is the concept of the buddhist and hindus. According to a statement from ex-
Vice President Atiku Abubakar's
office, he was honored by the South
African leadership at both the state
funeral and private burial ceremonies
of Nelson Mandela in Qunu, near
Mthatha in the Eastern Cape
Province.
"Former Vice President Abubakar was on
Sunday honored by the with front-row
seat," the statement read.
"Mandela's body was flown here from
Pretoria where he had lain is state for
three days for a state funeral attended
by 4,000 and a private burial witnessed
by 400, reserved for key government
officials, a few foreign leaders and
intimate family members.
"Atiku was selected to be among the few
lucky personalities to see Mr. Mandela's
final burial ceremonies in the land of his
ancestors in accordance with the Xhosa
culture by the South African leadership,
with which he has maintained an
excellent type of relationship since the
days when he, as Vice President and the
then Deputy President Zuma co-chaired
the Nigeria-South Africa Bi-national
Commission. That was a period marked
by important trade and investment
relations between the two countries.
"A few African heads of state and
international figures including Rev. Jesse
Jackson, Iranian Vice President and
Prince Charles of Britain were similarly
honored.
"In a word: humbled," said Atiku
following today's services. "Humbled to
have known a man as great as Nelson
Mandela, humbled to have been a
witness today, and humbled to have
been so honored by the government of
South Africa.
"Atiku flew from Pretoria to Mthatha
with President Zuma in the same plane.
The state funeral was held with
extremely tight security under a vast
domed marquee constructed for the
purpose in the verdant hills adjacent to
the house Mr. Mandela built in Qunu."

US Blasts Mariah Carey For
Performing In Nigeria: Calling Us A
Country Known For 'Terror, Death
And Fraud'.
Seems the US media are not
comfortable with Mariah Carey
performing at a country they
described as the "center of the
world's email financial crimes".
A popular news site, Radar Online, had
this to say on the performance;
Mariah Carey proudly posted a pic
of herself in a slinky yellow dress
and wrote, "Backstage in Nigeria"
on Saturday.
But maybe the songbird should
have done some homework before
agreeing to the gig?
Her show was at Access Bank's
Christmas Party which was also a
farewell bash for the bank's
managing director.
And while Access Bank is a
reputable financial institution,
should Carey have known a few
basics about the African nation
before taking the paycheck?
Ironically - given that she was
performing for bankers - it seems
Carey wasn't aware Nigeria is well-
known as the center of the world's
email financial crimes! Nigeria is
even part of the name - as in
"Nigerian 411 Scams."
Nigeria is also, according to the
United Nations, the hub of human
trafficking as "a source, destination
and transit country.
AND, just for good measure, there
are mass killings going on in two
Nigerian states right now, and
according to Human Rights Watch,
the violence is being ignored by
federal authorities.

New Muslim converts consisting of 17
Igbos, one Yoruba and a Northern Hausa
Christian were yesterday in Abuja charged
to uphold the tenets of Islam in order not
the lose the essence of their conversion.
The Chief Imam of Abuja National
Mosque, Sheik Musa Muhammed gave
the charge while administering the Oath
of Sha’adah on the converts and
pronouncing their newly adopted Muslim
names during the weekly Jumat Khutbah
(Sermon).
All the converts were unanimous in
affirming to the beauty of Islam as well as
the virtues seen in Muslims. They told
the Imam that they were attracted by
such qualities to Islam.
The new converts also commended the
Chairman of the Council of Village Heads
in Imo State, Chief Musa (Sylvester) O.
Dimunah, who accepted Islam in January
this year. They also commended a former
secretary of the council and the executive
secretary of Justice Mamman Nasir’s
Islamic Centre for Peace and Research,
Alhaji Ibrahim Biobo Nlomije, who they
said facilitated their conversion.
Alhaji Nlomije said the acceptance of
Islam by the newly converts was an
attestation that Islam is not a sectional
religion. He said such conversion attests
to the achievement of the Justice Nasir’s
Centre, which among others, deepens
religious tolerance and opens more
opportunities for non-Muslims to
embrace Islam.
He also commended the Bauchi, Imo,
Abia and Sokoto state governments for
their assistance to the centre.
The new converts from Imo State are
Chief Suleiman Nwachukwu (Udobundu 1
of Ifakala Mbaitoli), Ibrahim Uchenna
Ukah, Muhammad Sani Stanley Uziogwe,
Bello Kelvin Nmadu, Habibullah Kosoro
Ofolete, Jamilu Osita Agocha, Haruna
Chichebem Nwabirika, Abdulazeez Paschal
Iroegbulam, Suleiman Ifeanyi Uzoma,
Adam Nduka Nweko, Dawuda Nnaemeka
Uzoma, Aliyu Prince Onyekwume and
Musa (Anayo) Adugbaa.
Others are Abdulmalik Bongo Edet (Cross
River), Hassan Babalola Shegun (Ondo),
Nasir Peter Ndubisi (Anambra) and Bashir
Prince Dulla (Akwa Ibom).
It will be recalled that Chief Hassan
Ikenna Kelechi Amah and Mr Ahmed Aka
Onyero from Owerri, Imo state were last
August convert to Islam.
