then break from the north lawani: Those countries have a large amount of oil income compared to the population and even at that, they are not advanced countries though they have good HDI. Nigeria is a case of a man on minimum wage who has twenty children. Saudi produces over ten million bpd of oil and they are less than forty million |

Country Monthly Minimum Wage (Local) Approx. Monthly Value (USD)
Angola 100,000 AOA ~$109.00
Nigeria ₦70,000 ~$51.00 |
Politics › Petrol Price Per Litre Angola Vs Nigeria by Kewtt(op): 5:25pm On Mar 18 |
Nigeria ₦1,200 – ₦1,330 ~$0.80 – $0.85
Angola 300 AOA ~$0.33
Key Differences Angola: Prices have remained remarkably stable. The government continues to use managed pricing and domestic production to keep costs among the lowest in Africa. As of March 9, 2026, Angola is ranked as having the 2nd cheapest fuel on the continent.
Nigeria: Prices are currently volatile due to full deregulation and the removal of subsidies. In March 2026, pump prices jumped significantly following price hikes from the Dangote Refinery (reaching ₦1,175/litre ex-depot) and a surge in global crude prices linked to Middle East tensions. Retail prices in cities like Abuja and Lagos now frequently exceed ₦1,250/litre.
The Bottom Line Petrol in Nigeria is currently more than 2.5 times more expensive than in Angola. While both are major oil producers, Angola’s heavy subsidization keeps its retail price near the bottom of global rankings, whereas Nigeria’s market-driven approach reflects international crude fluctuations more directly. |

She lost against mfm and was asked to pay £100,000 to the GO and wife for defamatory claims against them. As a result she filed for bankruptcy and fled to Nigeria. |
Politics › Re: Rights Group Accuse Police Of Judicial Persecution Over Remand Of Maureen Badejo by Kewtt: 8:52am On Mar 08 |
Cdhr must be jobless not to know that she is being remanded about itukutu against an igando based pastor who she accused of extra marital affairs with a redeemed pastors wife. Who she accused of burying a cow in his compound for rituals, whom she accused of carrying ritual calabashes.
At this point I think I need to subpeona olaadegbu for various unfounded postings against certain ministers of God whilst not being a Christian.
This accused has also been declared bankrupt in the UK where she was asked to pay 100k pounds to a minister of God and his wife for defamatory publications about them. She was also ordered to public retractions on her specific platforms ten of them which she's yet to do. She appealed and lost, the UK apellate court reaffirmed the judgment and chastised her. Instead of complying she ran to Nigeria. |

Politics › Re: FCT Election: Check Real Results From INEC Portal IREV by Kewtt: 8:14am On Feb 22 |
SixSeven: It is. INEC should categorize these results into wards and LGAs and then State. There is really no need for any agent. All parties and every Nigerian can have their own electoral monitoring unit by counting and adding themselves.
People are not coming out and I don't blame them. INEC performed well in the bye elections that we had before 2023 elections, all of a sudden, there was a glitch. I won't be surprised if they repeat the same playbook. Make it look like they will organize a good election and then on the main day, they will find one story. Look at this result. No one came out to vote. I saw results were only one person voted in the whole PU. Nigerians aren't ready for the change they want. If there's one thing APC did well in 2015, it was their ability to galvanize people and ginger them to vote on election day. Right now, they are banking on the people's apathy so their party members will do all the voting. They did not do membership registration for nothing. Opposition had better wake up. Reasonable Nigerians knows there's no difference between the present and incoming.... |
