I'm currently using allcall rio s and the phone is cool. The dual rear camera is very decent (it's a Sony sensor) but the front camera is not that clear tho, but still OK. I haven't encountered any problem with the phone since I've been using it. Another N25 was deducted from my account yesterday after subscribing to whatsapp bundle and having some data bonus. I guess that was not for another Internet activities. Please help me deactivate everything on my line to avoid taking my credit unnecessarily. Mtn, You guys are not fair to me at all. From the N200 credit I recharged, it's only N50 I used. D stupid weekly English learning subscription(I never did it myself, it was automatic) took N50 and I quickly canceled it to avoid re occurrence. But the remaining N100 just vanished dis morning without receiving any form of message in respect to the credit. All I want you to do now is to please refund my credit as soon as possible. My number is 08106533638. Don't tell me it was for one subscription or the other cos I canceled everything even the callertune service. And the data bonus given when I recharge is so annoying. My credit is always consumed instead of the data, I wonder why. All the same, please refund my credit. I'm waiting... |

Jide or Tayoccu, please help me out. Yesterday btw 8-9am i recharged my acct and after that i tried to transfer the credit(#100) into another line cos if i leave it on my line while browsin, they will be deductin d money instead of d m.b given to me(i ve reported this issue before via call to the customer care bt they didnt do anythin about it). So, after d transfer i received a reply: service unavailable. Then i tried it again and d reply was: i cant top up d number(recipient) cos its already on an open transaction. But d money was nt transfered to d recipient line and my line was debited to #0. So where is my credit? I cant just bear this anymore. 07067115443 is my number |
