hello, i call the customer service line to request for whatsapp monthly code subscription on my line after sending WAM to 131 for hours with out response, and the customer service personnel gave me this code "*662*7*6*4*1#". And after dailing it, a twice sms was sent to me for a weekly subscription, and i was charged N50 for it. My problem is that i requested for a monthly code, and the one given to me hucked me with a weekly and a twice charge, which i know once you have a subscription on your line, once it's not finish u can't be able to subscribe same package..... I need a reversal or a refund of my second charge or a top to the one week. Please assist me, my number for the transaction is 08037845599. Thanks |

Why is MTN zone tariff rate starts from 12k both on peak and off peak period before they charge between 4k and 8k on peak and off peak period. The 12k charged is killing it makes calling to be expensive |

Another N25 was deducted from my account yesterday after subscribing to whatsapp bundle and having some data bonus. I guess that was not for another Internet activities. Please help me deactivate everything on my line to avoid taking my credit unnecessarily. Dis was d reply I got when I tried to stop d music+ issue, cos I suspected mayb it was responsible for that missing N100 since there was no logical reason for its disappearance: Y'ello,Un-subscription failed due to the end user did not subscribe the products. Hello JideSM and tayoccu Thank God i found this thread, my brother has stopped recharging his line for a long while now. 50 naira is being deducted from his account daily, for a service he clearly did not request for. I have tried all kinds of "stop" and "cancel" codes that i can think of, all to no avail. Please can you kindly use your good office to deactivate all caller tones or news feeds, anything that could be behind the deductions. His number is 07069181961. Thanks |

Good morning, please I need your assistance, I lost 3gb of data yesterday. I sent 1gb each to phone numbers; 08063245454 and 08036850925, in each case the data was deducted from my line 08137822454 but the two lines were not credited with the amount shared. Also, 1gb of data was shared to 07063082435 but 2gb was credited to the number. I have 7gb data remaining in my sme data balance before these errors came up. JideSM: Welldone for the great job you are doing. I am using MTN BIS on my curve7 but ever since I started using the mtn BIS I never enjoyed the service for a whole month b4 the browsing start going sluggish. I use Etisalat before and even when I have the time downloading with their BIS I never exhaust my data and even my sis that forced me to switch to MTN and using the same N1000 BIS is not witnessing this despite the fact she download a lot with her own BIS on youtube. I will appreciate if you can help me look into this matter before this present sub expire on Sunday cos I can't cope with another month of sluggish browsing every 2weeks after subscription. |
