This can't be true, No federal university won't give someone with such score admission, only if, the subject combination does not match with the course. If not, write a letter to the federal ministry of education or sue them.

I haven't done mine yet.. But someone here said he paid #2000 for the test and #2500 for hospital stamp which totals #4500.. I dunno if it differs with hospitals.

You can get postal stamp at any post office and the test must be done in a government hospital..
