Everything about the Julen-Madrid bromance was wrong. The Spanish FA chairman was elected last month, he gave Julen a new contract last month. This month Julen signed a new contract with Madrid and did not even have the decency to let the FA chairman know until 5 mins before the Madrid announcement.

Then the FA chairman out of pride is trying to make two wrongs. Just let him see the team through the WC, which is what Madrid wanted btw. Initial feelers was that he would be sacked after the WC, this sack before the tourney starts is all from the FA chief and his band of loyalists. The politics in Spanish football beats our national politics I swear. Very toxic.

Agree absolutely with you, Madrid were kinda desperate to land a coach before the world cup and made wrong moves with Julen.

Personally I think the guy lacks loyalty, if he had simple informed the FA when he accepted the offer that he'll leaving after the world cup all this drama might have been avoided, the FA probably feel betrayed having to learn about the sacking from other sources.

The timing of the announcement by Madrid was wrong but this move from the FA will most likely affect the team, Goal.com claims most players wanted him to stay on.

The memo from Abia state is self contradictory, says activities will start on the 11th and also on the 18th.

You would be contacted by NYSC and follow the thread on Nairaland, but stream 1 will leave camp before NYSC starts planning for stream 2, when you say you weren't included in your school's senate list for stream 1, do you mean you registered but you were not mobilized? or your school didn't send your details to NYSC?

If it's the former just chill and wait on NYSC, max(hopefully) two month after stream 1 leaves camp you will be mobilized but if it's the latter then I think you will have to wait for Batch A 2018.

Someone up there said he was paid double for Nov /Dec which shouldn't be cos January must be paid

Ogun state also, did my Normal monthly clearance yesterday and no word on the final clearance, its weird that your clearance is coming in the second week of the month though, maybe Dec 18th is real.

Just ensure that you're posted to a state/local government you like and have an amazing PPA, that way even if you get bored of the NYSC routine you still have a job you like in a place you enjoy.
