hmm.. Just because you didn't see any thread doesn't means muslims and Islam are in support of such atrocities. It is very very wrong to committ such acts, if it were an Islamic state and they are caught they will be put to death. Also there is no where within the context of Islam such acts can be justified. Qur'an 4:19 says you cannot inhert women against their will.


If I didn't come to this section, I don't think there is anyway I could have known. It has to do with sourcing information and opening thread on it and I am not that good at it. Thanks for your cooperation!

On the issue of contribution to buy transformer, I think that is suppose to be the responsibility of the Government or phcn, people contribute because of the negligence of the phcn and government to replace the spoilt transformer.

In my previous area, when our transformer got blown, we all matched to the LGA sectariat not far from us and keep mounting pressure on them before we got our transformer in a short time else... We for old waiting.

Also attitude and mindset towards salaah is very important. How you approach salaah upon hearing the adhan? Are you moved by the call of the adhan? What is your target in meeting the salaah? Is it the first, second or last raka'ah you want to meet? etc. All these has to do with our mindset, attitude and being conscious of prayer times.
