TheSonOfMark: Actually, dyke, it's 'conversing about' and not 'talking about'. You don't 'talk' via a text conversation. Half-literate featherbrain.
You see why you should do more reading than preening? Stop screwing your girlfriend. Start reading.
Everyone knows what conversing means and how to use it in it's context you twit, I said talking because that is what I wanted to say, It's late there shouldn't you be banging you boyfriend or getting banged, fruitcake? |

TheSonOfMark: Effeminate ways and my comments have been coming off as alpha-male-like?
You, on the other hand, wants to play a man which makes you a dyke. How's your girlfriend?
How do I want to play the man, you mean like going to work to help provide for my family, the work you should be doing as the man according to your culture, well do it alone as the head of the household, and your wife can do her womanly duties *cooking and cleaning after you, the kids, your parents, her parents, your siblings, her siblings and the dog. At the end of the day you still have ole battyboy to love you and would gladly play the part of the woman, or are you the bottom? |

RedBenson: Who said Nigeria sent you to school? Comprehension problem again. I said women and including yourself should be stopped sending to school. The school exposure is giving you folks hard feelings to want to stand 50/50 with men. Wtf! If you didnt go to school, how would you know internet, nairaland, megabyte etc exist let alone knowing how to use them? Of course, women are precious gifts (to handle domestic works and birth children) and the said educational exposure is telling you folks otherwise. I wasn't taught common sense in school but in my home. My parents taught me that I could be whatever I wanted to be in this world, along with my brothers and sisters. My sisters and I were taught to cook and clean and so were my brothers. We were taught to be self sufficient, to take care of ourselves because our parents didn't want us to totaly rely on a mate because people will mistreat you when they know that you are depended on them financially or domestically. I love and want a man in my life but I can take care of myself financially. |

RedBenson: I dont know why all these women had to be sent to school instead of being what they used to be in the olden days. Now look at the effect. How would they have been here rebutting tantrums with MEN, the original invention of the creator if they didnt go to school? I think we need to stop sending our daughters to school the more to curtail this 50/50 exhibition of authority with men. Women are no longer women. Smh! Nigeria didn't send me to school, thank God I am not of your outdated oppressive culture. You and your bullcrap talk about being a MAN, which you would be NOTHING without a WOMAN. Even gay men need/want women in their lives. |

TheSonOfMark: Your first comment. Highlight the several poorly ratiocinated and irrational ones after that. "...Belittles the roles of a woman...". Rings a bell? Only a dyke (one of which you are) wants to play the man in a relationship, hence why you got your own woman.
Would that mean a woman going to work to help provide for the family belittles the responsibility of the man? I never said anything about belittling the role of a woman I only stated the truth, if you see it as a belittling, then that's your problem and you need to work on yourself. |

Sacluxpaint: There are other ways to show love and respect apart from going to the kitchen, besides some women(I don't know about you) don't like spare hands in the kitchen, they love being in charge. For instance, a nice compliment can go a long way 'Honey, your meal is great' or dropping her at her place of work. As a man, it will be hard for me to be in the kitchen when my favourite team is playing, I won't lie. Or even in the bedroom(mind-blowing sex). So my dear, love and respect goes beyond the kitchen. Yes, you are right, love and respect goes beyond the kitchen for both women and men. Remember that. |

TheSonOfMark: Tell that to your dyke partner.
I didn't even complain about the peculiarities women. You've been the one ranting about how African men treat their women and by continually analyzing it, it dawned on me: YOU ARE A LESBIAN.
Only lesbians harbour as much bile as you obvious do against men. You gave yourself away.
HERE IS WHERE YOU LACK LOGIC..... I said an invited dinner guest shouldn't have to clean the dishes rather they are male or female. WHERE IS THE LESBIANISM IN THAT? Silly boy! |

So, are you the dyke?
Somebody call 911!
#1 Show me where in my comments that I stated I hated men, where did you even come up with the idea? #2 I love, want, and need a man in my life on a sexual level, but you seem to be more or just as appreciative of what's between a man legs as I am, not that I blame you because it can temporarily take you to heaven. You shouldn't be ashamed to come out to me, I'm not homophobic. Some of my best friends are gay like you. #3 Nobody can change their sexuality, you are what you are, you of all people should know that Markie, oops I mean Nancy. |

[quote author=Sacluxpaint post=34095795]You don't have to care what my mum does, but I will keep using her as a great reference point. So if by your assertion, man provides, woman is for upkeep. Do you mean that when the chips are down, she won't find other means to support? When my old man was out of work, no form of income, my mum supported and still used to go to the kitchen, ofcourse I assisted and learnt stuff from her. ------------------------------------- Now you are getting closer to understanding what I'm saying, *I hope* When your father isn't working *for whatever reason* your mother should go out and work to hold the family together, but while your mother is PROVIDING for the family, it's to bad your father doesn't love your mother enough to have a meal prepared for her and the family, instead of sitting around watching tv and waiting for her to come home and start working again. Where is the love and respect in that? |

Beamborla: I don't blame you. I blame the ladies who reduce themselves to nothing to rock your ego.
It's certainly not your fault but that of the ladies who forget they are human and deserve to be treated as one.
I won't insult you or argue with you. You are beneath me It is also the fault of some mothers for not teaching their sons to be responsible and to know how to take care of themselves so they won't have to depend on any woman to cook, and clean for them. These mothers need to stop spoiling their sons rotten and stop teaching their daughters to be maids instead of wives. |

I pity the unfortunate man that will end up with a mannerless entity like you, you are a disgrace to your kinds.

kelechiMarie: At first,i thought the girl is soo wrong but then i sat to think for a minute. From the op's post it is clear that the problem is not the dishes but the fact that it's a woman involved. I bet if it was his brother's friends that used the plates he wouldnt mind. If a visitor comes to my house(male or female)i'd clean up after them. For example,if my brother's fiance comes over she might offer to clear the table but i won't let her do the dishes,it's simple ettiquette. That said, they're just making a mountain out of a molehill(over plates kwanu?). The younger bro sef As for the op:you obviously have no respect for women and you possess a shallow, myopic level of reasoning You are thinking like I was and alot of other posters, the write up and the title is confusing, but according to the op it was the elder brother who had his fiance/guest over for dinner not the younger one. |

Sacluxpaint: Its my prerogative right to provide for the home ofcourse, infact I don't like it if a woman provides more than me, I luv acting the man, so I don't know what you mean by doing my job. My mum(although now retired) was a successful career woman, still makes out time to prepare correct soup. So do you see this as stress or 'slavery' as you put it? She is kind of old school but guess what I am not from a broken home. Now check out the 21st century trends, divorce rates have gone through the roof. I am not expecting too much but just be the helpmate you are meant to be with love and respect. I'm not talking about what your mom does, if you want to use your culture as the guideline to the responsibilities of a woman and a man, do it all the way don't just pick out the things that cater to you. If a woman's duties is to take care of the home, so be it but don't expect her to go out and work her butt off to help you do your job (providing for the home) when you can't in return help her in the home. Simply put, do YOUR job (to provide) and let her do her job (the upkeep of the house) and stop being lazy and selfish. |

It wasn't clearly stated because it could have been either one from your write up. but in that case I change my stance, that sorry, lazy no good elder brother should have gotten off of his lazy behind and cleaned up after HIS guest/fiance, not unless the younger brother ate dinner aswel. |

Sacluxpaint: Ofcourse as you said, helpmate she should be helping around instead of lacking courtesy, only poisoned feminists' minds will see it as slavery. When you are a GUEST in someone's home you should be treated with kindness and respect rather male or female, it has nothing to do with feminism, feminism is just a cop out some men use to continue their outdated and unfair culture. Culture evolves with time, you are living in the 21st century, what worked in the 10th century may not be appropriate in todays world. Life is about change and growth. Don't be a hypocrite to your culture and pick out things that only benefits you, how about the part where the man in the SOLE provider of the home, do your job and stop expecting the women to go out and do your job for you. |
