Yes u can the only delay is, doing your biometrics. Cic now gives 90days to do biometrics.. so hopefully before the 90days, biometrics center would be open

Good morning people ,I got an admission from Niagara college in environmental managementand assessment for a graduate certificate ,I had a 2:2 for my university degree and I was adviced to apply for a graduate certificate first to be eligible for a masters in environmental science ,please am I on the right path
