Good evening people. I ordered something October last year, and the buyer's protection is suppose to end on Sunday so i am planning on opening a dispute on that day, but I received a mail from AliExpress today that have if I have received said goods because that I should confirm or open a dispute. My question is that should I open a dispute now or wait till Sunday? Attached to this post are the mail sent to me today and the order page.

Good day all. Pls I want to order and I am trying to avoid Nipost wahala, and i want Speedaf to handle the package, the particular product I want to order has a cainiao super enocomy global as an option? Can I go ahead? Will this come through Speedaf?

Good thing he personally suggested that the item may have been lost in transit.

So it's now for you to also suggest to him to do the follwimg:

1. Re-send a new item with a valid tracking number sent to you so that you're able to follow it every step of the way.

2. That you think you should open a trade dispute for refund and will be glad if he readily accepts your proposal in the trade dispute - "refund all monies".

If he agrees on either option, please remember to also reassure him that in case the item first item (deemed lost) eventually arrives at your doorstep, you will get in touch with him to pay back the monies refunded.

Since you said tracking was stuck at "despatched to overseas", I'll wager that it must be Singapore Post handling it. Now that may also pose the same problem with a replacememt item sent which will likely be sent via Singapore Post too. So your best bet may be to just to settle for refund of monies. And if you're still interested in the item, you can scout around for another seller that may not likely use Singapore Post.

I will do just as you said and open a dispute for a refund. My last chat with the seller about a week is attached to this post, so hopefully he will agree to a full refund and i will also assure him of a return or payment should the parcel arrive.


Chief you guessed right at bolded, the parcel is been handled by Singapore post and i have been seeing bad reviews about them..it was AliExpress standard shipping i choose oo, I don't know how it ended in thier hands.

Good morning comrades. Please I ordered a smart watch about 2 months ago, and the tracking last update is at "Despatched to overseas postal" for over a month. Now I have been in contact with the seller and he's always telling me that the package might have been lost in transit. But it's the truth. Go to YouTube, have you seen any big YouTuber reviewing Tecno or Infinix phones? Except paid. Go to MKBHD or even MrWhoseTheBoss YouTube page and see if they ever make mention of transsion devices. It's no oversight. Only average phone users or complete novice use transsion phones. E.g my mama. She uses a Tecno camon device. And oh, she loves the phone. Nothing dey carry me near that phone
