PhonesHow To Use Your Phones Camera Flash As Notification Light (android And Iphone) by killzone(op): 7:06pm On Aug 14, 2015
Led notification are really important in smartphones as they remind us of our notification, messages and calls.
What of if I told you there a way to make your camera flash as a notification light, would you believe me? That gives your camera flash another function other than taking pictures and using it as a torch.
Here’s how you can use your camera flash as a notification light (Android).
-first go to play store and download either of this apps flash Alert or flash me
-both apps have the same features so they basically perform the same thing.

That’s all.

Here’s how you can use your camera flash as a notification light (iPhone).
-launch settings on your iPhone.
-Tap on general then accessibility.
-scroll down a way and under the hearing section, turn the option for LED Flash for Alerts On.

And that’s all.
Works for ios7 and 8. [url]

The strange secret of Eddie Thawne’s bling continues.

After we spotted a ring dangling from Eddie’s neck during The Flash's season finale, we sent the Internet into a tizzy with a theory on what ring might entail. While we originally speculated that the ring was a Reverse Flash ring, many readers chimed in and offered another idea.

As many guessed, the jewelry on Eddie’s neck may not be a ring at all, but a talisman. And there’s only one character in the Flash universe with a talisman to their name—super villain, Cobalt Blue.

But who is Cobalt Blue, you ask? As DC Comics have it now, Cobalt Blue is Malcolm Thawn, Barry Allen’s secret twin brother retconned into existence (because, comics). Malcom was introduced during Mark Waid’s run on The Flash during the nineties, when Barrry’s successor, Wally West, wore the mantle. As the story goes, Norah Allen actually gave birth to twin boys the night Barry was born, but the doctor reported Barry's twin, Malcolm, as a stillborn and gave the baby to the Thawne family (jerk move, man). After a steady upbringing filled with hatred and corruption, Thawne eventually discovered who his true family was. Enraged that Barry received the life of privilege and love that he was denied, Malcolm vowed revenge on his brother. Malcolm secretly tracked Barry down, discovered he was the Flash, and waited for the right moment to strike.

All the while, Malcolm tinkered with sorcery and witchcraft to make a nifty little talisman, customized to steal anything it’s wearer desired. And what Malcolm desired most was Barry’s life—and by extension—super-speed. But then Barry had to go die saving the universe before Malcolm could actually use the talisman. Denied his true revenge, Malcolm decided that the next best option was torture upon Barry’s descendants. So, one spiffy blue costume later, and Malcolm declared himself Cobalt Blue and used the Talisman to steal Wally West’s speed (for a little while, anyway).

With Malcolm's comics history in mind, it’s easy enough to think that Eddie is Barry’s long-lost brother on The Flash. The two appear to be close enough in age, and Henry Allen has a pretty good reason to not tell Barry that he has a (presumed) dead twin. And that…whatever it is around Eddie’s neck seems to have the appropriate size and shape of a talisman. Then there’s the “Thawne” name, tying Eddie to the corrupt family that raised Malcolm. But considering what a nice guy Eddie was on the Flash, the show would have to do some work to make him want to attack Flash—after they bring him back from the dead, of course. Given the The Flash's love for the supernatural, however, the show's writers could easily create a tidy explanation for both Eddie's resurrection and transformation to mystical superbeing.

What do you think of this theory, readers? Could Eddie Thawne actually be Malcolm Thawne—and Cobalt Blue? Let us know in the comments.

The Flash returns for its second season this fall on The CW.

I don't understand this culture, whereby, people knowingly overhype their stuffs. Someone said that Zero 2 is a perfect phone, another one called it a beast, then another went on further to describe it as a device of beastly proportions, all because the device has has a slight premium feel to it. Haba!

Zero is no doubt a good phone, and a slight improvement on certain areas over it's predecessor, but the cons of the phone are way too many to be ignored joor.

-The oncreen feature eats up the screen's real estate, and makes the predecessor with it's hardware keys seem bigger and less intrusive.
-Doesn't come with notification light like it's predecessor.
-The Amoled screen concept Zero 2 borrowed from Samsung helped to kill 2 birds with one stone by improving the screen display and helping the battery to last a little longer, but unfortunately, the phone doesn't support fast charging. Not cool.
-Non-removable battery, even as Zero 2 kinda downgraded from it's predecessor's metal chasis and glass finish to a toughed plastic design.
-Heats up on heavy usage, just like it's predecessor.
-Not as anesthetically pleasing to the eyes as it's predecessor, no thanks to the plastic finish, oncreen key features, and the the ledless lower partition.
-The primary camera suffers from overexposure and is generally terrible in low light conditions.
-Making and receiving phone calls momentarily interrupt ongoing downloads. Multitasking efficient indeed? Lolz.
-The UI doesn't support multi-window function, which is kinda sad for an octacore device with a processor clocked at a speed of 2.0ghz.
-Lack of OTG (not very sure about this though). Only time will tell.
-Etc

I understand the need to defend the phone you're using, but please, endeavour not to get carried away.
multi window feature on this small screen haba
U won't enjoy it.
Yeah and I agree the primary camera suffers over exposure

PhonesHow To See And Recover A Saved, But Forgotten Wi-fi Password On Android by killzone(op): 9:52am On Jun 26, 2015
Did you forget your home Wi-Fi password? Seeing as how these are usually long strings of letters and numbers mashed together (if set by your ISP), it's only normal that you end up drawing a blank face when a friend asks to hook up to your network in order speed things along and save on his monthly data allocation. Thankfully, you're aren't at all helpless, and there are a few things you can do to see the password and perhaps even use it to change it to something that you're more likely to remember in the future.

How to see and recover a saved, but forgotten Wi-Fi password on Android

1. The Windows way

Since it is more likely that you have your laptop PC connected to the Wi-Fi network than a rooted Android device, let's first talk about the Windows way — it's easier too. Start by right clicking on the Wi-Fi signal icon on the bottom right as shown. Click on Open Network and Sharing Center.

2. The Windows way, step #2
Once Network and Sharing Center has loaded, just left click on your current Wi-Fi connection, as shown.

3. The Windows way, step #3
Yet another window will pop up. Now click on Wireless Properties .

4. The Windows way, step #4
Within the last window, there are two tabs — Connections and Security . Go for
Security . Once there, you'll see your password, but hidden. You can now reveal it by ticking the Show characters box as shown. Voilà!

5. The Android way, step #1
If you don't have a Windows laptop connected to the Wi-Fi network, or simply prefer to use your rooted Android device, here's what you need to do. First off, go ahead and download any of the many root explorers on the Play Store. We like Root Browser .

Once installed, navigate inside the data folder.
6. The Android way, step #2
Next, go for the misc folder.

7. The Android way, step #3
Now, enter wifi .

8. The Android way, step #4
Locate the wpa_supplicant.conf file and tap on it. You should be provided at least two methods of opening the file. Go for RB Text Editor.

9. The Android way, step #5
Once inside, you'll see a bunch of cryptic code looking like this. All you need to do now is find the corresponding portion related to your Wi-Fi network. The
ssid part tells you the name of the network, while psk is where you'll get your password from. That's it!

10. One last thing
As mentioned, newer Samsung devices have the password section of this file encrypted for security reasons. To our knowledge, there's no (easy) way to obtain the password this way on a Samsung smartphone at this point. You're left with the laptop PC option. Good luck.

I sincerely disagree..with Samsung you're buying a durable phone with a 2 year update support and a brilliant snapdragon processor in the A5...also..the A5 has far better cameras than that next hero crap....the zero 2 will only work well for a maximum 8 months....that's why all these O'EM'S churn out phones like crazy....dude your A5 is better than the next ZERO
my guy its Samsung a mid range device for that matter if u are planning on 2 year update keep hoping its samsung not apple if this phone reach android m thank God .because the specs are low 2gb ram nd snapdragon 400 64bit and a mid range phone doesn't reach a 2 year update support u can check only a Samsung high end device like the s6,s5,alpha and others

Its no biggie bro...

- I removed all the homescreen icon, docks, and hid the Statusbar on homescreen.
- I created 2 folders on my homescreen, one for Internet apps (BBM, Whatsapp etc) and the other for Non Inernet useful apps (Music,Camera, Gallery, Calculator etc.)
- I created a small white dot .png and replaced the folder icon (Which is a feature in Nova) Also created a Quick Screenlock Button on my homescreen and replaced the icon with the same white dot.

Now, those 3 white dots can give me all i need to use on my phone everyday

The White dot on the left has all the Non Internet Apps, the Right one has all the Internet/Social Apps and the middle one is the Lockscreen Button. Intruders can not get into my App Drawer as i have hidden it in one of the several gestures available to choose from. (Which only i know)

Thats all! wink

I just love to see my homescreen neat and simple. Beautiful wallpaper are visible and makes the phone looks cool.

............................................................................................................................................

Sometimes, i replace the folder icons with a blank .png file which you can not see (No Color) and place the icon in strategic point of my wallpaper (eg, eyes of the person in the wallpaper picture). So when you pick my phone, theres nothing for you to operate cos you wont see anything except the wallpaper staring at you.. LOL!

TV/Movies10 Greatest Superhero Movies Ever Made by killzone(op):
There’s no denying that superhero films have become the thing in Hollywood these days. Thanks to their portrayals of fan-favorite characters with decades of mythology, chameleon-like ability to blend genres, and thrilling set pieces, they have been at the top of the totem pole for the better part of the 21st century – and are set to have a long, sustained run in the near future (due to the shared universe boom that’s currently happening). It truly is the Golden Age of the comic book movie.
The genre has been going so strong for so long that it has arguably reached the ranks of the Western, action, and sci-fi as an industry icon all its own. By now, there have been so many franchises and titles that have hit the screen, superhero movies are among the most impactful projects that modern audiences have a chance to see.
here are our picks for the 10 greatest superhero movies ever made.
NOTE: This list is not ranked, entries are listed in order of release.

SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE (1978)

Long before the superhero movie movement of the early 2000s, filmmaker Richard Donner set out to prove a man could fly by bringing the Last Son of Krypton to the big screen. Much of the film’s success is due to the pitch-perfect casting of Christopher Reeve, who was able to encapsulate the All-American charm of Clark Kent and the strong, determined values of Superman to create a protagonist who was instantly likable and easy to root for. Even with Henry Cavill set to be a Kal-El for the new generation , and passionate (albeit divisive) reaction to Man of Steel , Reeve’s depiction is still seen as the definitive cinematic version.

BLADE (1998)

Led by the calm and cool Wesley Snipes, Blade ushered in a new era for the industry and not just because of the well-received depiction of its honorable hero. The film also generated acclaim for Stephen Norrington’s filmmaking techniques, which created sleek and visually appealing action sequences that were equal parts stylistic and thrilling.

One of the reasons why the comic book genre has been at the top of the game for so long is its ability to blend genres and work within different tropes depending on which title is being adapted. Blade was one of the pioneers in this movement, as the subject matter made it not just a superhero film, but also a horror/thriller with Blade doing battle against hordes of vampires thirsty for human blood. The story showed that there was more to these type of films than watching super powered beings, and that they provided directors with numerous opportunities to get creative in adapting comic books to live-action.

THE INCREDIBLES (2004)

Brad Bird gave moviegoers something original when he and Pixar teamed up for The Incredibles , which showcased a superhero family looking to overcome their own personal turmoil amidst a greater conflict that involved saving the world. The themes and subplots of dealing with a midlife crisis and trying to find your rightful place in society were surprisingly fresh and mature for an animated film, which easily made it standout from the crowd and become something truly special that all audiences could appreciate.

As Bird works away on the highly anticipated sequel, he has maintained that it’s important to do the characters justice – something he did in spades for this film. From the concerned family man of Mr. Incredible to the cool (in more ways than one) Frozone, the entire cast felt like real people and provided several memorable moments that were heartfelt and/or hilarious. Even a bit player like Edna Mode was standout with her “no capes” policy and eccentric personality

SPIDER-MAN 2 (2004)

Th 2002 original showed that comic book films could be a hot commodity, but the sequel took things to the next level, detailing an emotional character story about the tough choices one has to make in life (that illustrated why Spider-Man is one of the most relatable superheroes) amidst thrilling action sequences (the train, for instance). It was so revolutionary at the time that the American Film Institute even recognized it as one of the best films of the year.

And while Raimi did an excellent job of continuing Parker’s tale as he lived a double-life in New York, his portrayal of Doctor Octopus was what really made

Spider-Man 2 stand out. Not your moustache-twirling villain, Alfred Molina injected Otto Octavius with an inspiring sense of scientific ambition and a human side that made him one of the more complex characters in the series. His ultimate decision to sacrifice himself by sinking the fusion reactor was not only a touching moment between mentor and mentee, but also a perfect example of the trilogy’s Spioverarching themes

THE DARK KNIGHT (2008)

Christopher Nolan’s famous Batman trilogy as a whole is one of the watershed film series of the new millennium, but its middle chapter is arguably the defining chapter. Building on the forward momentum from Batman Begins, this great sequel expands upon the themes and characters from the first film, treating audiences to a captivating crime drama that explored the darker side of justice and heroism. The filmmaking techniques and tone Nolan employed became so influential, that The Dark Knight spawned countless imitators – including some in other landmark franchises.

IRON MAN (2008)

The film that started the MCU, Iron Man is a movie that could have gone wrong in several different ways. At the time of its release, Robert Downey, Jr. was hardly the global superstar he is today, and director Jon Favreau was largely untested in the realm of action blockbusters. Not to mention, the film entered production without a finished script. However, the creative team overcame all the odds and churned out one of the landmark comic book films that impacted the industry in more ways than one.

As one of the few projects in the MCU free from all the “shared universe” connecting that Marvel movies are known for now, Iron Man was able to focus solely on its protagonist, played to perfection by RDJ. Injecting the character with his natural charm and sarcastic wit, the actor made Tony Stark one of the most memorable heroes we’ve seen.

THE AVENGERS 2012

When Samuel L. Jackson made his famous first appearance as Nick Fury during the button scene of Iron Man to announce Marvel Studios’ Avengers Initiative, many thought the plan was overly ambitious at best. With their A-list characters at other studios and outside of Marvel’s rights, they were going to rely on “secondary” heroes like Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America to carry a mega franchise. Obviously, their plan worked, and The Avengers became one of the most successful films ever made.

Breaking box office records and earning critical acclaim, Joss Whedon made every comic book fans’ dreams come true by bringing together Earth’s Mightiest. Not only was the novelty of seeing so many superheroes fighting alongside each other thrilling to watch, Whedon’s writing and the chemistry between the actors gave the film sharp humor and memorable dialogue sequences to complement the action. And the fan-favorite Loki was there every step of the way, with Tom Hiddleston charmingly chewing the scenery as he tried to plot and scheme his way to becoming the planet’s ruler. For you DC fans looking forward to the Justice League film universe, you have Marvel to thank, as they showed that this shared world building could be done

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY (2014)

In 2014, Marvel took a break from the core Avengers members and journeyed up to the cosmos, where they met Peter Quill, Rocket Raccoon, and the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Even Marvel maestro Stan Lee didn’t really know who these guys were once upon a time (making this film a massive risk). But like most things Marvel, it’s one that paid off with unprecedented box office totals and strong reviews. Audiences everywhere were hooked on a feeling.

CAPTAIN AMERICA :THE WINTER SOLDIER (2014)

The first Captain America film certainly had its fair share of fans, but the sequel is the project that showed how awesome the Star Spangled Man could be. Helmed by Anthony and Joe Russo, The Winter Soldier sports some of the most sophisticated and thrilling action sequences in the MCU to date. The titular villain also made a strong impression with viewers. Also of interest was the dynamic between Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes, after the latter had been brainwashed to fight against his former friend.

X MEN DAYS OF THE FUTURE PAST (2014)

In addition to Blade, Bryan Singer’s first X-Men film (released in 2000) is considered one of the Founding Fathers of the modern superhero movie age. As the series progressed, however, its critical standing (and box office returns) decreased, setting the stage for a soft reboot in 2011 with X-Men: First Class . For the follow-up, Days of Future Past , Singer returned to the director’s chair to bring one of the more beloved comic arcs to life. His ambition to not just tell a time-traveling narrative, but also look to correct the wrongs of prior films in the franchise is something that many admired and helped the movie earn a place among the genre’s elite.

Singer did the material and characters justice in a multitude of ways. First, he crafted several standout action set pieces (like the Quicksilver scene) that raised the bar for future entries. Secondly, the director gave us a great character story, as all of the main players (Wolverine, Xavier, Magneto, and Mystique) had several layers to them that made them interesting to watch (due in large part to the magnificent actors portraying them). Though the film didn’t right all of the continuity errors that have plagued the franchise in recent years,

Days of Future Past is arguably the finest installment of the series and brought the X-Men back to the forefront of superhero movies. Bring on Apocalypse .
