daphid25:no Android phone is safe fingerprint scanner |
Fingerprint Scanner Is slowly becoming one of the most demanding features on high end Android phones. It offer users a quick unlock while providing a stable security for any intruders that may want to snoop through your smartphone , and they discourage thieves, as a fingerprint-secured smartphone to a thief as useless unless in the hands of its owner. Android as you know is a very open platform, which give users the ability to access hidden corners of the OS. This give users full control over their smartphone which can be really exciting. How does this affect the fingerprint scanner The Culprit here is the “Recovery Mode”– a “behind-the-curtains” boot menu, which allows users to manually flash system ROMs, wipe the phone’s cache, or clear all of its data. And by all of its data, we also mean all of its security settings – it basically reverts it back to factory-default state. A thief might not be able to access the data your smartphone by be can surely access the recovery mode and wipe all your data on the smartphone. This is one of the few thing iOS has over Android since iOS is a closed platform. This is to sure you even with a fingerprint scanner your phone is not all that safe. There’s nothing as important on a phone on a phone as battery. Without it, our smartphones are completely useless. These days some smartphones can’t even make it a day without charging which is really annoying. This may not be a problem if you are using am Android phone with excellent battery life. but many people are often left with a dead battery, wondering how they can extend battery life on their phone. Here are ways you can improve battery life on your android device : -learn about your smartphone special tricks The first thing you should do is check to see if your phone has its own special tricks. Some manufacturers include features to improve battery life. For example on infinix phones we have power saving and ultra power saving mode. Ultra power saving mode will reduce performance, turn down the screen brightness, disable background apps, and put the home screen into black-and-white. We have similar modes like that on Samsung phones and HTC. 2.Adjust Screen Brightness Manually Most Android device come with the ability Android device. Most choose ‘auto’ but this can have a negative impact on battery life. This is because the ‘auto’ settings makes the screen brigter than it needs to be and since the screen is one of the major things that suck battery. If you want to maximize your battery, you have to adjust the brightness manually. 3.Make the screen turn off quicker Check your battery settings you will see the display is the first thing that appears to be using your battery. Why not limit the amount of time your screen is on? Go to the Display settings on your phone and look for “Screen Timeout” or “Sleep.” This setting controls how long the display stays on after your last touch. On most devices the default is 1 minute, but you can reduce that to 30 (or even 15) seconds to save precious screen-on time. 4.Turn Off Things You Aren’t Using This has been said times without number. If you are not using anything on your phone turn it off. Things like Bluetooth and WiFi can have a huge impact on battery life. If you’re not using them, you should turn them off. 5.Use Airplane Mode Without The Airplane You don’t have to be on an airplane to use airplane mode. As I said above disabling services is a huge battery saver. Airplane mode can also be a huge battery saver when you’re in a movie theater, taking a nap, or trying to Netflix and Chill. 6.Disable auto-syncing for accounts that don’t need it Auto syncing is a slow killer of battery especially if you use Google Apps, you’ll accumulate a lengthy list of services that sync in the background. You might not want some of these services to be syncing in the background, but it’s not easy to know which ones are doing it. Disabling Auto Sync of apps tends to save battery. Here’s how to disable auto sync -head to Settings -then check for accounts. -select an app to see what sync(Google is a big one) -Under Google you will find a huge list of apps. -disable all of the apps you don’t use. 7.Install A Battery Maximizing App. I know most of you guys already have DU battery saver on your android device for you to save your battery. But what if I told you there’s a better app. Presenting greenify, one of the best battery saving app. It helps you identify and put misbehaving apps into hibernation when you’re not using them, to stop them from lagging your device and leeching the battery. 8.Enable Battery Saver Mode Android 5.0 comes with some nice features. One of them is the battery moder mode, am sure infinix hot 2 users are already using this feature. Battery Saver isn’t quite as hardcore as the “extreme” methods listed above. It will still limit performance, dim the display, and kill background apps, but the phone is much more usable. Battery Saver can also be set to automatically turn on when you reach a certain battery percentage. To activate this mode, here’s how -Go to Settings > Battery Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right -Select Battery saverYou can turn it on manually, or select –Turn on automaticallyChoose your desired time. 9.Use A portable Charger when you have nowhere to charge. Portable charges aka ‘power banks’ could be a huge battery saver. Mine is because where I am the light condition is really horrible. Power banks are really handy in situations where you aren’t able to charge your phone. They come in various battery capacities. 10. In addition you could get battery pack and cases. If you have a phone within removable battery, why not carry along an extra battery or another great way to extend battery life is a battery case. These cases have batteries built in, which can recharge your phone at a moments notice. You can find a battery case for most popular flagship phones. greenhulk:reason for creating the post, the iPhone 4s 8mp camera then beat most 13mp camera out then, Another example is the galaxy j5 and j7 they both use 13mp but the 13mp of the j7 beats the j5 own |
PhonePlanet:only time will tell |
Ever wondered why a 8mp camera could beat a 13mp camera, am sure you have. There was a time when the 8mp of the iPhone4s beat most Android Camera that had 13mp above (iPhone users don’t allow your head swell). Am sure you want to know why, let’s dive in What makes a good smartphone camera -is it more Megapixel like 8mp and above The answer is No, No, No, No,seriously no . Here are what really make a good smartphone camera –Sensor The sensor is the most important part of a camera. No light means no photo. Light enters through the camera lens, then passes to the camera sensor, which receives the information and translates it into an electronic signal. The size of the image sensor is extremely important. On digital camera we have large sensor but on smartphones we have really small sensor because of the size of smartphones. In general, the larger the sensor, the larger your pixels, and the larger the pixels, the more light you can collect. The more light you can catch, the better your image can be. Larger sensors are the reason that 8 megapixels from a digital SLR camera (or 5 or 13) best those 8 megapixels from a smartphone camera. You get roughly the same number of pixels, but the pixels on the dSLR get to be larger, and therefore let in more light. More light (generally) equals less-noisy images and greater dynamic range. You can start to see that cramming more pixels onto a sensor may not be the best way to increase pixel resolution. -aperture size In front of the sensor is all the glass and all the lenses light has to pass through to get to the sensor. Aside from the quality of the glass the spec that matters hear is the aperture size. You must have heard about aperture size. The bigger the aperture size, the more light that enters, smartphone now come with aperture size of f/2.0, f/1.8,f/2.2 which is great for allowing a ton of light in. -Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) At this point you are wondering what concerns phone camera and this one. Only to snap picture. Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) is good at removing Blur in your photo or minor hand shakes while the Optical Image stabilization is much better for longer exposure and with shaky hands it can still produce very sharp images and also better for low light. Not every smartphone sensor is compatible with this features but when you have it, expect your picture to be really amazing. -image processing In addition to the size and quality of the lens and sensor, there’s also the image processor. Most modern high-end smartphone CPUs have dedicated graphics processors built into the chip, which, being hardware-accelerated and not just software-dependent, can quickly render images like photos, videos, and games without overtaxing the main application processor. The image processor is also what helps achieve zero shutter lag, when the camera captures the photo when you press the capture button, not a beat or two after. -it all comes down to usability It’s really hard to tell about a smartphone camera just by the specs of it just like how hard it is to know how well a car will drive by the specs. It all comes to down to the user. We are the one that will determine how good the smartphone Camera will be.
