Hi Everyone, has anyone been able to book a date for Biometrics on the TLS website recently? I have visited the website severally since the 5th of August; Morning, Afternoon & Night but am yet to get any date for Biometrics. Dates are not showing on the website. I was told Walk-in option is only available for applicants with dependents. I am a single applicant (student visa). Kindly reach out to me on What's app if there's another way to go about it (zero 812 four 17 eleven 32). Thanks |
Vitusvivi:This link will answer your questions.. https://www.gov.uk/student-visa/money |
Giftee111:Same issue am having. I have checked over 50 times since Monday, no date at all. Someone advised me to do walk-in but i was told Walk-in is only for those with dependents. Single applicants are not allowed to do it anymore. Someone told me to check at midnight. I checked from 12am to 4.30am yesterday but to no avail. My agent said they have so many backlogs they are trying to clear thus the reason for non-availability of dates. Kindly Alert me via private message once you are able to get a date. I will do the same. Thank you. |
Promoter2:Bro no be my fault. I went to use one UK affiliated agent who didn't give me any orientation whatsoever. The agent that started my application japa go UK halfway so they replaced the person with a rockie who's service has been quite Pathetic. The previous agent told me to multiply my living expenses & balance for tuition fees by N630 to know the amount for my POF. Only for me to go on YouTube today to see that "OandO" is the official website for conversion of pounds to Naira used by UKVI. The difference was more than 1.5M when I did the conversion on OandO. So the money I removed won't affect my statement in anyway using OandO conversion system. I have pumped excess funds into my account & would print a fresh 28days statement if the need be. The fresh 28day cycle will be due on the 6th of September. It's perfect because with the excess backlogs TLS is having, am not sure I will get any date in August. September is a more realistic bet. Am glad TLS wahala brought me to Nairaland. I for just dey jonze. The last day for enrollment on my CAS is 2nd week of October so hope dey. Thanks so much.. |
duchess90:Thanks for your response. I am returning the money back before 12 Midnight today. My biometric date (yet to find one) will be at the dead end of August. So if a Pof related NSF is sent my fresh 28days will be set by 7th of September. You didn't answer my question, can I use my statement from June 22 to July 20 for the biometrics since it fall between the 31days validity period specified by UKVI? Thanks |
Kingacewade:Thanks for your feedback. My uni resumes on the 18th of September. I just checked my statement. I maintained the required sum between 22nd of June & 20th of July (28day). So can I print my statement for the aforementioned period and submit for my biometrics even though my current balance isn't same as that period? Thanks for your assistance |

Hello everyone. Please I want to know if walkin is possible at TLS center in Ikeja or VI. I am a single applicant (student visa). I was told walkin are only allowed for Applicants with Dependents. Furthermore, I am finding it difficult to get a date for Biometrics, I have visited the website close to 50 times in the last 24-hrs but to know avail. What's going on? Is there any trick or Particular time of the day available dates for biometrics pop up? Finally, I need clarification on POF. POF was one of the requirements for my CAS. I printed my statement in June after the 28days circle & used it to get my CAS. My question; Do I have to print another statement for Biometrics or the one I printed in June for my CAS application can be used for my Biometrics? Do I have to maintain the exact amount stated in the statement I printed in June before submitting my Biometrics? I took out some of the money after I printed the statement in June for personal business so I need to know if I need to return the money before submitting my Biometrics. Does the embassy confirm current balance as at the date of Biometrics submission or balance as at the date the statement was printed? Thank you all for you assistance.. |
Adetounisloved:Thanks for your response. Please what do I need to take along for the "Walk-in" option? Will I need to make any payment? What time do I go and where specifically in the Ikeja center do I proceed to for the walk in? Thanks for your assistance |
Hello everyone. Please I am finding it difficult to get a date for my UK student Visa Biometrics in Ikeja, Lagos. Please what do I do? There are no dates available at the moment. My agent said I should keep checking the website till the date appears. I have been checking for days now. Is there a particular day or time the dates appear? Do I visit the center in person and make enquires ? Do they still operate a Walk in service? If so what's the process? Kindly share your experience if you have used the Ikeja center before. Thank you all.. |
