Phones can develop issues due to various factors including falls or impacts, water and so on. It doesn't mean the brand or the model is not a good one

those issues u mentioned might not occur and the phone went blank, I even met with a woman at ikeja too who came repair, she bought new 13pro max and she also has blank screen... How do we justify that

I remember when I wanted to buy a beard trimmer from him for around 30k. He insisted I had to pay in full before delivery. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that and offered to come pick it up myself because I prefer to inspect what I’m buying before making payment. But he refused, saying something about being a "celebrity seller" and that I couldn’t meet him. I just laughed.

Still trying to make it work, I asked what would happen if I received the item and found a defect—would I be able to get a refund? His response wasn’t convincing at all.

So I proposed a compromise: I would pay the delivery fee upfront (to and fro), and he could instruct the dispatch rider not to release the item until he confirmed my payment. Even that didn’t sit well with him.

At that point, it became clear that all the conditions of the sale were designed to favour him alone. If anything went wrong, it would be nearly impossible to get a refund.

you're absolutely right, he's not ready to entrust the items he sells without any issues or defect to potential buyers... He doesn't know how to do business at all
