I've let it go already. I had to state my concern cux u never let it go due to ur attitude and afterwards I kept calling and expecting a meet up which u didn't turn up.. how was that my fault not to buy.

Oh, yours was duely earned. From January 20th, 2025 to July 14th, 2025 (day I blocked you) it's all questions without actual purchase.

You ask the most basic questions, then delays till item is sold out. After a few days, you come again. I got tired and recommended you buy stuff at physical markets, so you won't need to ask so much questions..

so you were saying only questions, the day I wanted to buy and meet up did you allow that or show up.. despite i even called yet you kept ignoring.. you didn't even know what happened during that time that made me not to buy afterwards, as a seller you're not concerned though but learn to be calm..peace out

Only ethereal beings are perfect. I have experiences from buyers that could has cause me to meltdown on NL but I chest it.

Imagine standing at Oshodi oke with 10 CCTV cameras in 2 sacks after paying for 2 extra seats in a coaster bus and a customer who paid part for it asked for a refund.

I spent over 20 minutes testing items with another potential buyer at ikeja roundabout only for him to badmouth the product (trying to get a discount) and finally refusing to make payment because i couldn't issue a receipt on the spot

Apologies for the experience. I cherish patience so much and patient customers will get the best of me.

For further troubleshooting:

1. Download the latest BIOS version of your laptop from Dell website
2. Download and install all the latest chipsets
3. Do same for Intel Management System and Dell Power Management etc

After exploring the above options and the issue persists you may need to replace the battery.

Also check the charging port PIN to be sure it did not push inside slightly transferring inadequate watts to the motherboard.

I've downloaded the latest bios, I'll try and install it on my pc once there's light to back up

Good to know the issue was resolved by replacing another charger

ọmọ I tried again when I got home still stopped at 81% showing 2hours plus to full charge.. I restarted it shows 100%, then i tried my old 130w in a direct wall socket not on extension anymore.. my old charger sef dey charge fine now.. I'll return the one I bought tomorrow

Pls is there anyone with this similar issue, my dell latitude 5401 just started taking forever to charge full, I've change it to express charge & standard in bios it's same thing .

Even at 63% it's showing 3hours to get full, however at battery low, it'll take like 6-7hours to get full and am using the required 130W charger to charge it
