State Road Maintenance Agency. Establishment Law 2008. The Agency is now fully equipped and operational; re-instating failed road pavements and drains across the State. The Agency will ensure sustainability of the roads being constructed by the Peter Obi’s administration and subsequent regimes.

MATERIALS TESTING
LABORATORY.
The building of the proposed
Material Testing Laboratory has been roofed, ceiled and currently being fitted with door frames, electrical and plumbing materials. The Alumaco windows are all fitted. The building is about 80% completed. Upon completion, the Materials Testing Laboratory
will offer services that will
reduce to the barest minimum
cases of pavement and structure collapse in the construction industry.

Coupled with the fact that his CSO was party to the afternoon even, there is NO WAY between afternoon and night Rivers State government house security would not be aware of a road block some kilometers from the government house. Even if normal security did not pick it up which is impossible his COS would definitely be in the know of the aftermath of his action.

Shey thats the same way that these areas shown on the MAP were also blocked to avert breakdown of Law and Order when that Vessel of a first lady visited Port Harcourt for 11days and literally barred the State Governor from passing that route.
