Carl007: With due respect to my governor,I think Ngige reduced the actual amount.just travelled to Anambra State and cannot but wonder how the governor can write on Fashola not treating Igbos well while his own house(state)is still underdeveloped, everywhere looking malnourished with low quality or terrible roads, unemployment and all the works.pls don't pray for the governor because I don't think he can change, rather pray for Anambrarians who needs urgent deliverance from these political actors More hopeless lies and deceits! 1. Where are you from and where did you visit? Maybe its Ogbomosho. 2. Anambra has one of the least unemployment rate in Nigeria. Go and do your research before coming here to spew thrash. 3. On my last visit to Anambra, i toured around both Aguata LGA ,Ayamelum and Njikoka LGA and witnessed unbelievable good road network. I know your lying arse doesnt know that Anambra is not a one city state. |

Ogui eke: I BELIEVE THE NEXT SUPER MARKET HE BUILT IN ABUJA MUST HAVE COST HIM UP TO 2TRILLION OR MORE, BUT I BELIEVE HE BUILD IT FOR ANAMBRA PEOPLE BECAUSE HE IS A VERY GENEROUS GOVERNOR. And your point is? Peter Obi has even been a billionaire before he became Anambra State's Governor and yet he owns no landed properties abroad. He invests in Nigeria and should be commended. We Anambrarians are happy with his governance and the enabling environment he created for investments to thrive in Anambra state. All you yoruba people and efulefus should mind your states. |

shinkafi@moon: For starters Obi is a dictator who leaves no room for criticism of his government..ever wondered why no opposing party makes use of ABS..the state broadcasting agency?...in obi's tenure a brewery was established that produces grand malt, grand beer and hero beer..and you honestly believe that he has no share in d company?...took him 7yrs to complete a single cross over at nkpor...now at the end of his regime he has started the building of many roads leaving expenses for the incoming government.y didn't he build them all doz years?...he gave out all d state schools to the church giving billions to the bishops for its maintainance but not checking up on them..increase in school fees here and there..increase in tax..payment of the useless APLUC FEE which u do not see its use..minimum wage payment na wahala and people are still blinded by this guy.....SMH I dont know where to start with this your useless and senseless post kid. 1. He brought in Sabmillar and created employment with it. Now what is your business if he owns a share or not? If all the past thieving Governors of Anambra State(Ngige inclusive) had created enabling environment for investors, they would have come in earlier. Ask yourself how come its under Peter Obi's regime that investors are trooping into Anambra state? Even a 5 year old kid knows the answers. 2. You had the little brains to admit he renovated schools and handed them over to the missionaries. Now explain what you meant by "not checking up on them". I visited my Alma Mater DMGS sometime this year and could easily tell the difference. 3. Yes it takes him time to complete projects because he plans and saves for them and makes sure he completes them without borrowing a dime. Anambra state is not one of the least indebted states in Nigeria for no reason. We owe it to Peter Obi's financial prudence. 4. Anambra state has the best rural road network in Nigeria. Rural road accessibility is second to non in Nigeria. Go take a tour round the rural areas in Anmabra and figure. 5. Stable Polity created by the man Peter Obi. I know you are one of those unenlightened fellows that equate good governance to painting of roads and planting flowers and noise making on AIT but sorry to bust your bubble kid, Peter Obi is the best Governor of Anambra State ever!!!!!! |

He is the No. 1 citizen of the state, for goodness sake. mumu You are the biggest mumu here. That he is the governor does not give him the rights to turn a security threat! ndu_chucks: Most of the posters here are not truth seekers. GEJ supporters like PointB and Tarharqa2 are explaining away what happened and offering sycophantic utterances to support their claims.
The truth of the matter is that Amaechi was not informed of the said road block. Secondly if the road block was a security measure to protect the governor, why didn't the police just let the Governor in and continue their road block after he has entered the premises?
People like PointB and Tarharqa2 are the reasons why dullards rule this country. SMH Senseless post! Prove to us that he was not informed and why he must take that route leading to the sealed new secretariat while he had other routes to chose from?. It's obvious this is a stunt by Amaechi to garner the sympathy of timid and gullible folks like you. Joyfullyme: God bless your family people. The sealing of the nPDP sec was in the afternoon and Ameachi's Chief of Staff was there. Ame tried to pass there at night. Coupled with the fact that his CSO was party to the afternoon even, there is NO WAY between afternoon and night Rivers State government house security would not be aware of a road block some kilometers from the government house. Even if normal security did not pick it up which is impossible his COS would definitely be in the know of the aftermath of his action. IMO Chibu went there just to show himself and to try his usual publicity stunts. I have not forgotten the Chidi Lloyd lie so soon. My brother, right thinking Nigerians know the truth. Only sycophants and brainwashed kids are fooled by Amaechi's stunts, we know the man too well to be fooled by all these. |

Mr Aboki: O wow!!
The free for all started when the governor arrived abi? So you are discountenancing the Video were Bipi admitted to assaulting the Speaker and Chidi lloyd and that they didn't retaliate abi? You also didn't see in that Video were Bipi in the company of his thugs and the Police were trying to force their way into the assembly chambers in the presence of the Deputy Governor too.. Haba na!!
Now who here is being economical with the truth? If anything, I would say Amaechi came to the Assembly complex when it became obvious that the Policemen at the complex were all part of the Bipi faction. So Bipi hitting the speaker was a "free for all"?. Common sense should have told you why they chose to retaliate immediately Amaechi stepped in and it got worse from there. That is what Mbu has successfully averted this time and you sycophants should accept reality for once. |

Mr Aboki: Hahahahaaa..
Amaechi orchestrated the smashing of the skull of an Assembly man that conieved with 4 other Assembly men to brought thugs into the house of assembly to unseat the Speaker, bring with them a fake mace. These same men held a session within the 5 of them, suspended 15 members, voted amongst themselves and elected a new speaker and basically cased breakdown of law and other in the house of assembly tantamount to a COUP.. And you are saying Amaechi orchestrated the disbanding of these renegade Assembly men.. Like seriously!!
Wether he was going to the New secretariat to become their flag bearer or he just wanted to pass there and buy Bole & fish, is of ABSOLUTELY NO IMPORTANCE whatsoever.. Amaechi reserves the right to freely associate himself with any person or roup he so pleases.. #REMEMBER THAT!
P.S:: You do realize that we are talking about Forces avenue.. That has the following High priority buildings with heavy security there or nearby;
1. The Government House. 2. Old GRA police Station. 3. The State House of Assembly. 4. Moscow Road Police Station. 5. State C.I.D
Again.. This is not sychophancy, its just pointing out obvious things that we all can see.. The CP didnt barricade the Area where his office was located when Thugs invaded the next door building.. But travelled all the way from Moscow Road to block off Forces Avenue to avoid a breakdown of Law & order..
I dey laugh.. Care to explain why the "macing" and free for all commenced immediately Amaechi entered the state NA house that day? Stop being economical with the truth please. Mr Mbu did what he had to do to prevent a breakdown of law and order and every right thinking human being should be ok with it. Amaechi's presence there would have obviously caused another free for all and then you all would still have to blame the same Mbu for being biased, Na waa oh. Honesty pays my brother, imbibe that culture. |

Mr Aboki: ANSWERS
1. Wether he was awre or not, its of absolutely no consequence. Last time I checked, FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION still remains a fundamental right of all Nigerians under the constitution.. Even if he knew, what would you have expected him to do?! Stop them?! Under what right? For what offence exactly?!
What I would have thought any LAW ABIDING NIGERIAN would ask is for what crime is the Police closing down the offices of this so-called New PDP?
2. What breakdown of Law and order?! Who was going to breakdown the law and order?! Amaechi or who?! What of if Amaechi was there to carry out a first hand inspection of the supposed 'breakdown of Law and order'?! Do you realize that Amaechi is the CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER OF RIVERS STATE?! And that CP J. Mbu is just the HEAD OF POLICE in RIVERS STATE?! Amaechis scope of work with regards to security of Rivers State is way bigger than that of Mbu. Remember that next time..
3. Amaechi is the Chief Security officer of Rivers State and has every right to pass any route he so chooses, either to avoid a security threat, to assess a security threat or to solve a security problem.. Why didnt the Police stop Amaechi all those times when he was entering into the bushes and going after criminals and militants.. Why didnt the Police barricade Okrika LGA to avert breakdown of Law and Order when Mrs. Porky Jonathan insulted the Governor at the town hall meeting?! Why now?! Shey thats the same way that these areas shown on the MAP were also blocked to avert breakdown of Law and Order when that Vessel of a first lady visited Port Harcourt for 11days and literally barred the State Governor from passing that route.
My Guy forgerrabout.. Rivers People are not fooled by what they hear..
4. Was he prevented from passing his chosen route to the government house?! YES!!! Thats all.. They made him pass an alternate route that he wasnt on his JMS plan.
SUMMARY.. RIVERS STATE has enjoyed peace since the departure of Odili and Omehia and the arrival of Amaechi until Her FATcellency Mrs. 200 litres Drum Jonathan entered into Rivers State politics. She first of all turned the whole of Okrika against the governor, created unrest in the States house of assembly using thugs, made Rivers State hell for 11 days for no real reason, e.t.c.. All this and nobody talked. When Thugs breached the Rivers State house of assembly that is DIRECTLY opposite the road from MOSCOW ROAD POLICE STATION where the Commisioner of Police' office is located, it took the Commisioner of Police over 2 hours to respond.. Yet barely 1 hour after the opening of a factional PDP's office, They barricade the entire Forces Avenue and divert the governors convoy to an alternate route because they wanted to prevent a breakdown of Law and order.. I laugh..
Law and Order has broken down in Rivers State since Mbus arrival.. Kidnappings have started again in Rivers State.. Look at how they captured the Dean of the Anglican Communion in Rivers State..
#Amaechi will surely overcome.. Arrant nonsense! Amaechi prevent which breakdown of law and order? What are you high? The same Amaechi that orchestrated smashing of skulls with a mace and a free of all at the state NA? Be sincere to yourself young man. Amaechi was obviously going to the sealed new secretariat to show his support and obviously cause another breakdown of law and order. Be honest to yourself and stop this blind sycophancy. |
