asha 80: 'he couldn't bring a commercial bank to his home town'....what a mentality!I intentionally didn't want to reply that kid! Just ignore her ignorance. |
asha 80: just heard that ekwunife has folded her campaign for soludo.Dunno about that but i personally know she was consulted too before Soludo was accepted. |
asha 80: if they have that kind of agreement then better(not sure how it is going to be done though without gej approval).everyone in the fold hasto be kept happy.Obi's relationship with GEJ assures that! Trust me, there wont be much opposition to Soludo's candidacy from APGA faithfuls. |
chukwudi44: The Oseleke guy does not have the popularity to face the Ngiges and ubas of this world.Soludo is the killer punch that APGA really needs.you are absolutely right! |
asha 80: i wonder how obaze is going to take it.it is like walking on egg shells.obi really needs all the political sagacity he can muster to wade through this because he was the one that championed this anambra north of a thing.Heard he was promised a ministerial slot. Anyway i think he realized it will be difficult for him to defeat Andy Ubah and Ngige. Soludo's candidacy is a masterstroke by APGA. WE ROCK!!! ![]() |
Odenigbo Aroli: Nwanne,it will not work. This is gonna be tough. Honestly,I want Soludo to lead Anambra but he came at the wrong time. Anambra north dominate the party and he is still new. He should just wait because Peter Obi wants a northern candidaate but I don't want Soludo to lose. He must be patient and do his homework very well ,before he loses again. Apga is a very dynamic party; The party doesn't respect big names nor money bags. Ifeanyi Uba and Annie Okonkwo were former Apga members of Apga, now, where are they ? Apga is a gathering of the WISE that's why most people don't last because they don't fit in. Like Rochas Okorocha!Word has it that Obaze has been told to stand down by Obi. (I am a card carrying APGA member anyway ) |
Soludo the solution!!! |
No no no! there are no bad roads in Imo State! Owole Roshas Okorosha has tarred all the roads and watered all the villages! He is the next best thing after Gold circle condom!!! ![]() |
If Ifeanyi Ubah wins the gubernatorial election, i will change my surname and leave Nairaland. QUOTE ME!!!!! I cant wait to watch that illiterate engage the likes of Soludo,Ekwunife and Ngige in a live debate. ![]() |
bestview: Nwanne you know the drill.. . You dey mind mad people? Ndi ara! |
Sig4real: pls don't say what you don't know and stop being cacophonous in nature.Wait till you meet a man called Abagworo. Up Roshas Okorosha!!! ![]() |
dovet: A lot has been said about this matter and most of it from sentimental points of view. A careful look at the video of Chidi Lloyd will CLEARLY tell that he initially was running away. No one has bothered to ask why Chidi Llyod was RUNNING AWAY FROM MR CHINDA- the person he supposedly conspired to murder. Everyone condemns Mr Lloyd for what he has done but some of us would REACT more brutally if provoked REPEATEDLY. Was Mr Chinda sitting down and minding his business when he was attacked? You don't turn your back on an enemy, you only turn your back in an attempt to flee and avoid attack. but we are a people of sentiment, we judge by how we feel. Can someone please find out from Mr chinda why he was chasing Mr Llyod? the police have carefully left him out of this matter because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.Unfortunately and embarrassingly, you are the one being sentimental here. |
sarutobie: I swear those guys need deliverance.illiteracy and joblesness combined together is a deadly concoction! You see able bodied youths mounting road blocks and ripping off students and drivers as if say na them cause the bad road..Imo state government should really do something about that stretch if road..its really an eyesore..the pictures posted no even show the true level of degradation on that road..Which Government? There is no Government in Imo state. What they have is a circus headed by Okorosha the chief clown. ![]() |
ndim: The impetus that drove you into such derogatory reference of a universally acknowledged man of nobility is a replica of the impunity that thrive in the camp of the so called the grand commanders of rivers politics, which suddenly you are bat like to see. Being a rivers man and actively so, i state with authority that the man Amaechi is a victim caught in the web of men with misplaced ambitions; desperados operating with the principle of elimination. It will take the likes of the great Prof who have seen it all to speak on such high profile political cold war.Damn! You skipped your medication again son!!! ![]() |
GMacbeth: let me guess I got it you have not taken your drugs today or you went and took igbo instead of your drugsBlock heads like you wouldnt see the sacarsm in that post! ![]() |
I no know book:You just said it all. Lloyd is in deep ish! |
Mr Aboki: You just failed it!!Who gives a fuvk about your rage? FYI, you can premeditate murder in seconds. Please stop being ignorant sir! Am done with you sir! In your spare time, find a renowned lawyer to explain it to you. Just don't come here and embarrass yourself. |
Mr Aboki: Now know this sir;its obvious you know nothing about law sir. If you mistakenly kill someone with blows "in a fight" like i stated earlier, it can pass as man slaughter but as long as it was done intentionally, its murder. Like in the case of Lloyd, he needs a good defense team to beat this as long as that video is admissible as an evidence. |
Myself2: Obahiagbon is another Mr Ibu,nobody takes him seriously cos he's just a jokeSoyinka is trying to fall into that category! ![]() |
I think most folks are getting this premeditation thing wrong. Premeditation can happen in seconds, you don't have to sit down and take hours to think it through. As long as it is done voluntarily and intentionally, it sticks. You can decide to kill someone in seconds. Hope this clears it up! Am out!!! |
Mr Aboki: Rage automatically nullifies premeditation..Big lies! Stop misinforming people here. There is no excuse for premeditation. What matters is the events before and during the act. If i may ask, who determines rage? Let me use a clearer scenario to explain this. Scenario 1. Am driving on an express road and hits someone crossing the road. This is manslaughter as i had no intention of doing that. Scenario 2. Someone pisses me off and gets me into a rage. I enters my car, starts the engine and knocks him down and he dies. That's premeditated murder. |
Mr Aboki: WOW!!1.If you happen to kill someone with punches during a fight, it can be called "manslaughter". 2.Whether he hit him on the chest changes nothing as long as the prosecutors can prove that grave harm was done intentionally which could have led to death. 3.Am neither the jury nor the judge here but from that video, the prosecutors can easily make that charge stick. Thank you |
Prediction or Prophesy? hungry man!!! ![]() |
jobless twats!!!! |
Okija_juju: Hahahahaaa...Was he remote controlled? Thank God you are not a lawyer. |
Okija_juju: hurl, smash, hit.. Whatever.. Wether once, twice or three times..... What would you be charged with...Then its premeditated sir! You can ask for the definition from a renowned lawyer. If he were holding a mace, and the dudes charges at him and he smashes his head with it, it can pass as a self defense. But not this sir, he had a plan before picking up the mace. |
Okija_juju: Answer: Premeditated Murder, Murder in the first degree..Hurl? or walk up to him and hit him severally with it? Am done with you, its obvious you are here to kid around. |
Mr Aboki: Thats why I provided you with a dictionary meaning in my earlier post..Yes it was forethought! He voluntary walked towards the mace, picked it up and smashed his head with it. Dude stop embarrassing yourself here. Any charge and bail can even define premeditated. Lloyd didn't smash his his head by accident, he rained SEVERAL blows on his head. Note that word "several". Once could be an accident, but for the fact that he voluntarily picked up the mace and hit him severally makes it a premeditated crime. Dont confuse conspiracy with premeditation. |
Mr Aboki: So if he didnt walk in there with any weapon in hand, nor had he premeditatingly dropped a weapon inside the house before hand, to challenge 5 men, how did he intend to kill them?!Let me test your legal knowledge. If i went to a market and in the process, started having a brawl with someone. I then walked into knife shop, picked up a knife, walked back to the dude and stabbed him to death. What did i just do? NB: I didnt come to the market with a knife. |
You obviously don't know the meaning of premeditated bros. I give up. Mr Aboki: [b]Bros.. |
Mr Aboki: No need to get you panties in a bunch..BS!!! You don't have to walk into a place with a weapon to premeditate murder, you can be inside that room and do that which is what Lloyd did. You are a disgrace to the legal profession ( assuming you are a lawyer). |
Mr Aboki: Really?!No wonder our judicial system is messed up, with peeps like you as lawyers. 1. The deliberate purpose was to kill using the mace as a weapon. 2. He considered a weapon and went for the mace. It wasn't forced into his hands, he picked it up himself. If that aint premeditated then you need to go back to school dude. |
