Please I have an issue with my car. I am a learner , while driving I discovered that the steering and the brake will just suddenly become stiff if I try to press the brake it will be very hard to press not until I put off the engine and restart before it becomes normal. Can anyone educate me on what is happening with my car ?

Now that's a waste 1.3 m, you just risked ur money, there is no way you can legitimately get your car into Nigeria. Land border was closed ages ago, therefore, any car crossing into Nigeria via land is illegal.NO need paying the duty, you might as well smuggle it down straight up, any money you pay in the name of duty is void

Yes land borders are closed but people still import cars from cotonou, pay duty and drive there cars anywhere without any harassment from anybody. This is nigeria. Even the customs boss said you are free once you pay the correct duty on your vehicle.

Your car is good, just that you bought it at a slightly high price. But since you have already commited some money go ahead it's still not a bad deal.

He will also be in the best position to tell you what the duty will cost. It should be from 200k and above.

Honestly i am ashamed of what happened to me now. Had it been my wife did not know about this i would have suffered the pain with no one even knowing anything and back off. Presently i am devastated with her looks and its not as if she gave me any kobo for the purchase and yet if it were to be a successful transaction we will be using the said motor together.
