Speaking about effects and scale, here's a population distribution of immigrants in SA by province. It seems your drain on resources are centered mostly in one particular province as economic migrants are drawn to the main economic hub and are mostly self-employed in the informal sector.

Based on the above hypothesis, Please can you explain how your government is prioritizing these migrants and is supposed to shift their "priorities" to citizens?

The Ghanian doctor did not sneak into the country. He qualified and was employed based on your laws, now because you see him successful you want to chase him away.
