@mimilyrics kindly go through the rules please, maybe something positive might turn up. From what I can deduce 320 7B comes in play if you’re unable to prove that you’re innocent

Hello everyone, please I need your professional advice on this.
My cousin applied for a tier 4 Uk visa but was refused based on the fact that her brother submitted a fake bank statement on her behalf and she has been refused under 320 A . I will like to know if she can reapply and kindly share if you’ve experienced such before and was able to get your visa approved
