After Barnabas and Paul told “about the signs and wonders God had done among the Gentiles” (Acts 15:12), James spoke. As leader of the Jerusalem church, he had a lot of influence. Some of the Judaizers even claimed him as their authority (Gal. 2:12), But Luke tells us that James was in complete agreement with Peter and Paul.
“Listen to me. Simon [Peter] has described to us how God first intervened to choose a people for his name from the Gentiles” (Acts 15:13-14). The fact that God has already acted was powerful evidence. James then quoted from the (Book of Amos) to show that Scripture agreed with what was happening (vs. 15-18). He could have used other Old Testament prophecies, too, about Gentiles being included among God’s people.
Experience and Scripture pointed to the same conclusion. “This make James to conclude, therefore, they should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God”, There is no need to require the Yoke of Moses, for that would make things unnecessarily difficult for the Gentile believers.

These laws dated back to the time of Noah, and therefore applied to all Nations.
However, it is clear that Gentiles do not have to be circumcised, nor do they have to obey the Laws of Moses. They are circumcised spiritually, not physically. God never gave those commands to the Gentiles.

We should not make it difficult for the Gentiles, James said. Instead, it will be enough to give them four rules, which they will find easy to comply with. Why give them these rules? Notice the reason that James gives: “For the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on every Sabbath” (Act 15 vs. 21).
James was not encouraging Gentile Christians to attend the synagogues. He was not saying they should listen to the Laws of Moses. No, but because those Laws were commonly preached, the apostles should tell the Gentiles four rules. Then they would not think that Christianity is more difficult than it is.

First and foremost , (No Scripture) in the Bible teaches that Gentile nations had the Law of Moses and were under obligation to obey the Ten Commandments/Book of Ordinance/ or any other detail of Moses' Law. The word "Stranger" is used 80 times in that Law, and not once is it stated that they were equal with Israel in having the Law (Deut 4 vs 7-8: Ps 147 vs 19-20: Lev 26 vs 44: Mal 4 vs 4). God dealt with Gentiles under the old program of imputing sin to them through Adam (Genesis 2:17; Romans 5:12-21) and saving all who obeyed the GOSPEL (or program of GRACE) which was never a part of the Law of Moses (Romans 4; Galatians 3:3-16; Hebrews 4:1-2; Hebrews 11:1-40). Gentiles were under the Noahic covenant (Genesis 9) and the Abrahamic covenant (Genesis 12:1-3; Romans 4), but not the Mosaic covenant. The fact that Gentiles had no part with Israel in the Law is confirmed many times in the New Testament:

(1) When CHRIST came to fulfill the law, He went only to Israel (Matthew 10:5-6; Matthew 15:24)
(2) CHRIST took the kingdom of God (not the Law of Moses) from the Jews and gave it to the Gentiles when Israel made her final rejection of Him and His GOSPEL (Matthew 21:33-46; John 10:16).

The Law of Moses was never intended to give the Jews a way of SALVATION, it was given to a people already redeemed from Egypt, and not in order to redeem them. GOD BLESS

it is very true that The Lord want our 'HEART CIRCUMCISE" AND PUT IS LAW IN OUR HEART. as it written in (JER 31 VS 31-34)

But there is a contention, from your statement you said JESUS IS THE LAW OF MOSES. pls sir, kindly explain further on this statement and provide the Bible verse where it is written in the Word of God. thank you sir

THE WORD OF GOD is very clear on the issue of (LAW OF MOSES)
To say JESUS IS THE LAW OF MOSES point to one thing, substituting JESUS CHRIST from the MINISTRY OF RIGHTEOUSNESS that HE accomplished through is BLOOD (ROM 3 VS 21-26) that we the Gentiles have access to through HIM.

THE LAW WAS GIVEN THROUGH MOSES, (JOHN 1 VS 17), This Law was Written and Engraved on Stone, and The Book of Ordinances.
BUT GRACE AND TRUTH CAME BY JESUS CHRIST, so from this it is clear that LAW IS NOT OF FAITH (GAL 3 VS 12)

(ROM 5 VS 20) MOREOVER THE LAW ENTERED THAT THE OFFENSE MIGHT ABOUND. BUT WHERE SIN ABOUNDED, GRACE ABOUNDED MUCH MORE.
