Please, what can I do if I have submitted my ID card in school but I have my certificate? Will they still ask for the ID card at the orientation camp even though I have my certificate?

I fink there should be an alternative, either To whom it may concern or a fresh new Id( for NYSC purpose). U can ask some of ur previous colleagues or better still, which school?

To your question, my advice is that you should get a doctors report from the hospital (public) you underwent the surgery with the necessary signature(s) and stamps!

When you get to camp, you should approach any of the camp officials or go to the health centre to lay the complaint! Show them the mark if possible so they know u're not lying!
