Nairaland GeneralRe: Verydarkman Furious After Bolt Driver's Apology To Alex Ikwechegh—what Really... by Kinghp: 8:02am On Nov 09, 2024
Shaking my head right now... Ultimately there has to be a toll of fatal sacrifices for this Nation to become what it originally should be "Giant of Africa".

We should never feel bad for doing what's right for humanity.

VDM and every other person who did what's right should hold their head up high and never be desuaded from doing what's right for Nigeria, Nigerians, Africa and the World at large.

Once e enter their head na to enforce am without proper reasoning, consultations and considerations.
PoliticsRe: Christopher Musa Vows To End Oil Theft Within 3 Months by Kinghp: 10:14am On Jul 17, 2024
These people should stop making all these futile vows and even going as far as indicating set times. Just say you are ready and willing to do everything within your capacity to end oil theft. Shikena... i.e if truly you are even willing.

Don't make vows and even set time limits.

Most of them don't even know what a vow means and culminates.

CareerRe: Will They Compensate Me? by Kinghp: 12:48pm On May 16, 2023
englishmart:
If you deserved any gratuity, that started counting when you got staffed.
Compensation isn't the right word there. What exactly are they compensating you for, for resigning after just one year?
did their office building encrouch your land? Or you lost a vital organ during work?

Even people who worked for 10 years don't get any gratuity when they resign, this is Nigeria.
Gratuity comes after retirement not resignation.
How many civil service employees get gratuities after retirements, let alone a resignation from work just one year of getting staffed.
If anybody should be compensated, it's the company. They should be compensated by you for disappointing them.
If you had left due to retrenchment, redundancy or retirement then you could be entitled for a gratuity, that's if your records are good, or you have humane employer
Truth been told. OP... Hope you read this with all your chest.
