Olamak1: Have you informed seller about the issue? He could offer you a replacement. However, if the mistake is from your side, he won't do ó!
If you want to return the item to China (option I'd never advice that you go for), then contact Nipost for assistance.
But, why don't you just open dispute and ask for a full refund?. However, your claim must be supported by video evidence, showing the defects in the item when attached to the phone .
Did you take a video recording of the board when testing it ? The board is for 11 pro but the face id is for iphone x, also, I just made a video of it. The board doesn't come up self, at all. I saw a recent comment on the sellers page by someone who bought thesame board, it's thesame issue I'm facing that he had to, but according to his comment, the seller refused to refund him |

BodyCount: The same way they brought Christianity too.
According to history
Dum Diversas was a papal bull issued in 1452 by Pope Nicholas V that granted King Afonso V of Portugal the authority to conquer territories and enslave Muslims and pagans. The bull legitimized the Portuguese subjugation of people in disputed African territories and is seen as a key document in the development of the Atlantic slave trade and the European colonization of Africa Una go dey talk anyhow, Christianity was in Africa before they came, go and do your research and stop contributing stories you know nothing about |

AMINDA: What are you talking about? I am talking about Elrufai being the first governor to introduce electronic voting in Kaduna for local government elections. Which part of that is propaganda? APC lost local governments in Southern Kaduna. It was free and fair. Is there any state in Nigeria today where an opposition party can win a local government against the ruling party? Uba Sani came in and repealed the law and the LG election he organised was openly rigged. Elrufai has never been afraid to lose an election. He lost his polling unit as sitting governor at the electronic LG election I was referring to.
https://www.channelstv.com/2021/09/04/lg-elections-el-rufai-loses-polling-unit-to-pdp/ Oga, of what use is electronic voting when you only do it to favour yourself, you're talking about losing some lga. You yourself said he lost his polling unit, how come apc won when it is clear that the people didn't want him? Someone that was clearly voted out yet he rigged the election to his party favour and you're here trying to paint it the other way. We're not kids, what he did is still fresh in our mind, and he'll pay for his sins, he's already running around like a clown looking for who would support him but it's clear everybody knows him as a green snake in a green grass. AMINDA: Yes. The first and only governor to introduce electronic voting at local government level. APC lost some local governments at state LG elections during his time. Something unheard of at the time. He also enforced full local government autonomy as governor of Kaduna. Uba Sani came into power and repealed the electronic voting law, going back to manual voting. All these things you posted na propaganda, where you in kaduna and did you vote in the last election? Where you aware of the rigging he did especially for the last LGA that was supposed to determine the final result. I'm telling you of first hand experience not something I read on the paper |

Or maybe not. I been away too long. I have the receipt he gave me, but the guarantee was not written. |

Igbophobia: First, I think you have a cognitive issue, otherwise, you wouldn't be posting a trade dispute under 'Politics.'
Secondly, why do you think involving a soldier wouldn't create more problems for you? People who involve soldiers in civilian matters are generally uninformed. If the soldier kills someone who is connected, you'd spend a very, very long time in prison—long enough to even forget what brought you there. Imagine transitioning from a trade disagreement to conspiracy to commit murder and second-degree murder in one swoop. Where it gets even more interesting is that the soldier's superiors might actually cover for him, and you'd bear all the consequences.
Thirdly, why would you even think of buying used electronics or anything that could be tracked to you? What if it was stolen? You'd still need to bribe the police before you're off the hook for buying stolen property.
Fourthly, why don't you simply report this case to the police? That would be the logical thing to do instead of dreaming of using force.
Finally, stop buying used things you can do without. A TV isn't that important that you should shell out money you barely can afford, especially when you know you can only buy a used one. A friend was saying i should just accept the terms they gave me without involving any law agent, but it doesn't sit well with me because this is something that didn't last up to 2 weeks and they're already asking i should give more money. |

I bought a used 43 inch TLC TV from a seller in the market, i asked him what's the guarantee on it, he said 2 months. 10 days after, i was watching the tv only for it to start showing blurry images on it's own, i switched it off put it on again it was the same way, i immediately sent the seller a picture of it on Whatsapp, he said i should leave it off and try again that if it continues that way, i might have to bring it back let him see what he can do, but it was still the same way. I took the tv back to him, we went to his technician, he checked the tv and told him it was screen issue, that the screen needs to be changed, and it'll cost 180k.
Now the seller is saying, I'll have to wait for him to restock, and after restocking, I'll have to pay again, that human beings die without sickness not to talk of electronics. According to him, he can't return the tv to the dealer he bought from so in such case, I'll be the one to bear the loss. I told him what about the warranty, he said assuming the tv got burnt it would have fixed it, but because it's screen issue he doesn't have that kind of money so therefore I'll be the one to bear the cost. Another seller intervened and told him he's wrong, that we should split the loss, i should bear 70 percent while he pays 30 percent. After back and forth, they said i should come back after some days to confirm if they'll find another brand of tv then i add 120k to it, while the seller pays 60k. But after rethinking it, it's clear the seller is trying to cheat me because how can i buy a tv worth 200k and 10 days after you're asking me to add 120k to swap to another one when the issue is clear that you sold a faulty tv to me.
Please i need your advice, what's the best way to solve this case, because I'm thinking of collecting my money back because how sure am i that the one they're talking of changing it to won't be faulty too. |

Bobby4090: So because of voters registration this dude visited a church. He didn't go to worship, reverence God, or repent, but to preach a political message that's biting him hard. It's an insult on Christianity. A man who is happy to see churches burnt and openly celebrated Muslim Muslim ticket is now going to church just to campaign because he has lost out. Mallam Rufai, the Bible tells us that a Leopard cannot change it's spots and that an Ethiopian cannot change his colour. Go to the mosques and do your political campaign. A church is meant for worship and praising God. My exact thought brother, shame on the pastors. |

BlackManta: Liverpool have a serious squad depth issue in attack.
Last season we had:
Salah Jota Nunez Diaz Gakpo
This season we only have
Salah Ekitike Gakpo
How do you play PL, FA Cup, UCL and Caraboa Cup with just three senior players in attack
Ekitike was subbed out today and replaced with a midfielder.
The only attacking options we had on the bench today was a 16 year old Rio Ngumoha and Chiesa who is on his way out.
The defense is even worse.
Only two defenders in VVD and Konate. Quansah left and we didn't replace him. Gomez is always injured.
Our squad depth is a mess.
We need Isak, a winger to replace Diaz and a defender. My thoughts too, When Osimehn was still free, I was wondering why we didn't go for him since Isak seem expensive and the whole drama unfolding, we sold off diaz, I was expecting a winger, also Quansah, I thought we Would buy a good CB but yet to see that, having wirtz and Ekitike to me seem too much, i really don't see Ekitike as a striker, I see a CMF/AMF player in him, he would have been a perfect AMF paired with Osimehn or Isak as striker but then, the coach knows best. Aside that, I'm enjoying the new play style from the players, body dribbling unlike before where they hardly dribble. I like the new Konate, his passes and dribble style is something to watch out for this season. |
