As funny as it sounds, Ole Gunnar Solskjær is not Man U's problem at the moment, Ronaldo is the problem.

Man U fans have forgotten that what they have is a team that was built to understand themselves not a team that depends on one man. Whenever Ronaldo is in a team, he wants the spotlight to always shine on him making most team mates to always supply him with the ball.

Now that isn't a bad thing, the problem is, it makes other players who are actually the main workers look a bit underrated.
