RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must have an active drivers license.

- Transport clients or handling deliveries in a timely manner.

- Arrive at destinations on schedule.

- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.

- Must have good communication and interpersonal skill.

- Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.

- Use navigation applications to determine the best route
Interact with clients professionally at all times.

- Must ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use and arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.

- Must keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of OND in any discipline.

Must have minimum of 2 - 4 years working experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Management of all accounting operations

2. Preparation, publication and circulation of timely monthly financial statements

3. Coordination and directing of the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reporting of variances

4. Supporting of month-end and year-end close process

5. Development and documentation of business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

6. Ensuring of quality control over transactions and financial reporting

7.Management and compliance with local, state and federal government re porting requirements and tax filings

8. Coordination of the preparation of regulatory reporting

9. Carrying out of researches into technical accounting issues for the purposes of compliance with subsisting laws and/or regulations

10. Ensuring prompt renewals of the company’s insurance policies

11. Reconciliation of bank statements and monthly financial reports

12. Preparation of monthly staff payroll and ensuring payment of salaries as and when due

13. Such other additional responsibilities that the company may consider expedient from time to time.
