Business / Entreprenuership It Is. by KingMyk(m): 12:46am On Aug 07, 2012
There is no doubt that the solution to our declining economy filled with joblessness is an economy with increase empoerment in young entreprenuers who will be service providers and also employment of labour.
We have to encourage the spirit of entreprenuership. Government ought to play its part on the provision of basic infractructures like power supply and so on.
Also we need to equip our schools and encourage both skilled/unskilled labour. The rate of unemployment is alarming and also the rate at which many minds are also idle.
There is something in you that people need. You could be a services provider, a problem solver etc. But no matter what you choose to do, do it well because there is a means of living in it.

Politics / The Cashier Is Not Around by KingMyk(m): 12:11am On Aug 07, 2012
I walked into the PHCN office in my area in Oyo State to pay my electricity bill. Unfortunately, i was told the cashier was not around. ''wan o tide ibi ise laro yi. yoruba language meaning: He has not resumed for work this morning''
I checked my time and it indicated 10:05am. For goodness sake, a cashier of PHCN has not resumed for work by 10am. And there was no one to do his job in his absence.
To make things worse, i was told to drop my bill and the money then come back later to get my counterfoil. I had to ask the instructor a question. At whose expense will the transport go to?
Its GOVERNMENT WORK, so nobody cares. Its like in that almost all the sectors most especially the education sector. Ghost workers. Or what do i call them. We need to wake to our responsibilities.
We cant change this country until we change our attitudes.
