Check if you are connected to a WiFi or something .. restart both devices and try it , be sure Bluetooth and WiFi are tuned on in both devices ..

Everything is set on both devices. They just don’t discover each other. I noticed this happened after I used the hotspot of 11 pro for my 6 it stopped discovering after then. Like I said it works perfectly when sending to other devices. I can still use the hotspot of either devices to share data to the other but airdrop just doesn’t work. Can’t figure out why

be sure the airdrop is set to everyone on both devices and not contacts only.

It is setto everyone. It was working before on both my phones then it stopped working. It still works when I send to other people’s iphones and my bro’s mac. It just doesn’t work with my iPhone 6 and 11 pro. I don’t know if it has something to do with the fact that they have the same Apple ID but that shouldn’t be the case.

I can’t use airdrop between my iPhone 6 and my iPhone 11 pro both on the same Apple ID. It worked previously then it stopped working, but when I use airdrop to other peoples iPhones. What could be the solution?

We need guns so as to be able to defend ourselves. Through out history Man have always had weapons with they protected their lives and property. That’s why in America no matter how many mass shootings happen they will never ban the use of guns by citizens. We need that in Nigeria.
