all I can say is landlords should work with a lawyer ,recently I tried it and is working for me ,how can someone who is owning two years rent of a. Flat more than 5 hundred thousand naira decided to secretly parked out of the building... I have had a terrible experiences with some tenants .Ok ,last weeki went to collect shop rent from a woman ,her daughter told me that her sister gave birth that her mother went to be with her..This woman never informed that she won't be around..so just as bad landlords exist ,wicked tenants abound in this country as well

Good news,we need to vote competent folks into our public services ,even in 2023 if we could let go ,of ethnicity and regional politics and go for bright minds . I know that young and vibrant men like this guy abound in this country ,we could vote them in and see a massive growth in our public service delivery and economy ,but no we will still go for one bola,Atiku ,orji or even the likes of that comedian bello ,we are our own problem in this country.look at Anambra state ,maduka who would have improve the state is been played and we joke about it,many like him from saner climes who might wish to contribute to national development through political means will be discouraged ,we will still be managing clueless people that govern us...now we have in the race in Anambra the same leeches that contested for so years ago..

Wow ,the quest for wealth among youths of these days is the reason for increase in crimes and criminality such as kidnapping,arm robbery ,prostitution,fraud and ritualistic activities ,this is why am not comfortable watching what happened in that oba burial over the weekend ,at first it was fun but when I saw able young men struggling to pick someone's money freely ,I knew that there will be increase in criminal activities going forward ,I imagined how persons like Bill gates and others in a developed world who are billionaires and multimillionaire in dollars ,will be thinking about us as Africans ,they will be wondering how they came to share the same globe with Africans,when u work hard to make money, u won't be throwing money up and Down as if you don't need it even if u are a billionaire in dollars ....now youngsters are disturbing this young man to introduce them to ritualistic powers ,so that they will become rich enough to be throwing money up and Down like these ones did in Oba.. we have a big problem in our hands
