I intend to start counting from 4th of June to 1st of July for the 28days but there was no transaction carried out on the 4th of June and the only transaction showing is today which is sms charge. Will there be a problem with this? The opening balance and the closing balance is the same though.

If the money is "removed" immediately and UKVI request the person to send an updated bank statement covering days after the removal of the money, what will be sent to UKVI?

Living in the UK got nothing to do with this and the screenshots you posted here is just small part of the whole text, read sections before that screenshot to understand what that money is meant for, again you can not use that money after 28days as you wish, that money is to be used in the UK

Obviously you are lying to yourself, you can not do whatever you like with that money untill you get to the Uk and yes its fraud because the amount shown on that bank statement has been tampered with, it does not reflect the amount in your bank account and as a result does not meet the financial requirement.
