Officers dealing with reports of stabbings in Borough Market Reports of fatalities in London Bridge area Aseries of co-ordinated terror attacks have hit London in three different areas, with reports of dozens of casualties from stabbings and pedestrians mown down by a vehicle..
The London Bridge area was in lockdown after witnesses said 20 people were run down by a van and pedestrians were attacked with knives at 10.08pm.There were also multiple reports of rapid gunfire in what one witness described as “Westminster all over again”.

June 3, 2017(11:50):Within minutes there were reports of a second incident at Borough Market on the south bankof the Thames. One cab driver said three men ran towards the market stabbing people - including a young girl - asthey ran. Then, shortly before midnight police said they were attending a third incident in the Vauxhall area.Police entered bars and restaurants in the Southwark area around 11pm and told customersto get down on the floor amid reports that the incident was still ongoing.People outdoors were told by yelling police officers to run from the area as the atmosphere turned to one of “hysteria”.

The Supreme Court of Nigeria this afternoon struck out the motion brought before it by the PDP and Mr. Peter Obi challenging the Appeal Court decision to grant Chief Umeh Leave.
The Apex Court orders the Appeal Court to immediately hear the matter. That is not even the good news my people. The Apex Court further asked the Appellate Court to proceed with accelerated hearing.
Now:
Listen, even the PDP never filed anything at the Appellate Court and the time for such filing has elapsed.

This is to inform all intending candidates who wish to purchase the 2017 JAMB Direct Entry form that they will be tested through aptitude test by their respective institutions with the Recommended Novel.

According to the Joint Admission Matriculation Board [JAMB] candidates applying for JAMB Direct Entry will not be sitting for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

However, Direct Entry Students will sit for an aptitude test in the university they selected as their choice.

He further stated that “Direct Entry candidates will attempt an aptitude test which is school-based. They are not sitting for the UTME. The test is from the universities.

The new book: Last Days At Forcados High School, we introduced will be used by Direct Entry candidates for the aptitude tests that will be conducted by the universities.”

THE Nigerian Police Force is set to recruit 30,000 Police officers nation wide before the end of this year aimed at beefing up security in the country.
It also said arrangements has been almost concluded to construct 500 housing units in each state of the Federation in order to bring an end the problem of accommodation shortage by the personnel of the force most especially after retirement from service.
Deputy Inspector General DIG in charge of north-west zone, Maigari A, Dikko disclosed these in Birnin Kebbi yesterday when he paid a courtesy visit to Governor Abubakar Bagudu at the Government House.
” Our memo on this recruitment exercise was before the presidency for approval and immediately we get the approval we will start the exercise nation wide” said the DIG
Dikko however seek for the cooperation of state governments to educate traditional rulers, local government chairmen and Ulamas about the excercise so that the force at the end will recruit credible candidates unlike the previous times.
For the construction of the 500 housing, Dikko stated that an agreement has reached advance stage with estate developers to start the construction work.
Responding, Governor Abubakar Bagudu commended the efforts of police for restoring peace in the nation particularly in the north east region.
He assured the DIG that Kebbi will assist the force both at the state and Headquarters with whatever means in ensuring peace in the state and the country as whole.

The Gulf countries are extremely strict. The UAE for example requires 20 years to qualify, to be a Muslim and have locals back you up. Very few foreigners actually receive it.

Monaco requires 10 years of residence, but ultimately the prince has to agree for you to become his subject.

Andorra requires 20 years of residence, Liechtenstein demands a massive 30 years of residence although you can be voted citizen by the community after 10 years of permanent residence. San Marino is also 30 years and 2/3 of approval from the general council (best passport in the world) .

There are more places like Brunei or small jurisdictions that make it close to impossible also.

The easiest

You could say Israel if you are Jewish or other countries if apply by descent or marriage.

For naturalization you have the Citizenship by investment schemes that enable you to obtain a passport by donating money to a government. In term of fastest, from application to passport: Dominica, Grenada, Cyprus, Comoros, Vanuatu and St Lucia can be obtain in roughly 3 months. In regular citizenship Panama citizenship can be obtain after 1 year of Permanent residency if you are from an Hispanic country of origin.

Mauritius also after 2 years of permanent residence, which you can obtain by investing.

Russia can be lowered to 3 years residency for those with certain ties to the coutry or those that made certain investments.

Others are Canada, the USA, Uruguay….. Latin American give the citizenship pretty fast after becoming permanent resident, but becoming a permanent resident cant take 2–3 years.
