Yesterday a Nigerian security and business expert Sir Chikwe Udensi bagged a Gold medal award from the International Criminal Police Organisation as the best Interpol Systems Innovator in the world, topping the United States of America that won silver. This feat also enabled his organization Sheiks and Bishops to attract foreign partnership Congrats to him. This is an accolade well deserved! https://www.abnews247.com/cyber-security-sheikhs-and-bishops-limited-attracts-foreign-partnership/ Cc: Lalasticlala

For those who may not know, the National Assembly Complex is not a place you just casually stroll in as you want and pick up an item as important as the Mace. It is the 2nd Arm of Government with adequate security 24 hours. To gain access into the Complex, you will pass through one of the most time-consuming, energy-sapping, rigorous screenings available anywhere in Nigeria and a tag assigned to you after you must have provided details of which office you're going to and a confirmation gotten from same office that you're expected (unless you're going to submit a letter). For a group of thugs to have gained access into the Assembly Complex and even passed through another layer of security by the Chamber's entrance, a high-powered Official must have granted them clearance. Someone far above Senator Omo-Agege and who can give senior police officers directives. We all know the Senate just yesterday commenced investigations into a $462m unappropriated expenditure by the Buhari govt to purchase helicopters. The CBN Governor and Minister of Defence were alleged to have been summoned to explain why such huge amounts would be taken from the Treasury without proper approvals and paid to an unknown company in the US in the guise of purchasing helicopters. This act of attacking a Senate that was in session and carting away it's symbol of authority looks every inch like what was planned by the people who don't want to be exposed. Senator Omo-Agege wouldn't be the first Senator to be suspended and he knows invading the National Assembly with thugs won't make his case any better. He must have been contacted to use his grouse with the Senate leadership as a guise to cover the real intent. They want to destroy the National Assembly to cover their evil. They want to plunge us into a full blown dictatorship. Please don't take my words for it but watch how this matter will be handled by the APC government. Watch to see if the Senator and his thugs will be punished. If you're in Nigeria, prepare for the dramas coming up in the days and weeks ahead as the elections approach. It will be interesting and I pray none of us becomes a victim of the games ahead. |
Hmmmmmm This better not befall this state o They can't even manage waste talk more of an outbreak. |
Autism Spectrum Disorder in Rural Communities and the way forward Chiagozielam's birth came as a deep relief to his childless parents of several years who are low-income earners residing in a rural community. As a toddler who grew up from a home just like others where he was deeply loved by his parents and others around, he was often celebrated and all special attention, gifts and accolades were showered on him. But this joy was short-lived because just few months to his third birthday, there were noticeable traces of challenges in playing, babbling with other toddlers, difficulty in communicating, rarely smiles, finds it difficult to respond to his name, finds it difficult in rolling over etc. After so much worries and speculation on what could be wrong, he was taken to a trained physician and psychologist where he was diagnosed of Autism Spectrum Disorder. The situation in the rural parts of Nigeria is dire because in most cases, the victims are thought to be mentally retarded, schizophrenic, or even the worst case scenarios, bewitched by a relation, demonic or possessed by baalzebub. The awareness level of autism amongst Nigerians in the rural area is low. Medical practitioners are a little bit aware of the signs and symptoms but believe that the disorder is not an issue to worry about in the modern day Nigeria given to the fact that the perceive it as a thing synonymous with the western world. Several toddlers with the disorder in the rural parts of Nigeria either go on undiagnosed or underdiagnosed due to the negligence of the severity of autism and the zero psychiatric evaluation centers found in the rural areas. It is to this end that the 2nd of April every year has been set aside to create an overwhelming awareness and reminder on the need for autism to be considered a major threat in destabilizing the sanity of dear Nigerians. Consider the following points below and lend your voice to this cause. ¤ Autism Spectrum Disorder is real and thriving in the rural parts of Nigeria ¤ Autism Spectrum Disorder is not only synonymous with the children of the wealthy ¤ It is time for the Ministry of Health to create more awareness on autism and likewise place it amongst it's priorities ¤ Children living with Autism should not be seen as non-entities, worthless or burdens to the society. ¤ Discrimination against those with Autism is not acceptable ¤ Parents and doctors should always be aware of the signs and symptoms of ASD ¤ The need in building psychiatric evaluation centers in the rural areas so as to aid diagnosis and treatment ¤ Lastly, the need for government-owned special schools for autistic people that will be affordable as compared to private owned ones Health for one, health for all. Sir Chikwe Udensi APGA Chieftain and Abia Governorship Front-runner

Your PVC a Veritable tool in Electing Change Bringers Abians I greet you all On the 13th of January 2015 , the body charged with conducting elections in Nigeria, the Independent National Electoral Commission disclosed that a total number of 68,833,476 voters has been captured in the voter's register. We can also vividly recall that via that election, history was made. It saddens me to call to the notice of Abians that the total number of registered voters from Abia State that year was just a minute number of 1,396,162. This is not at all a commendable feat neither can it be enough to enable Abians make their voices heard at the Local, State, and National level. Abians we can not shy away or ignorantly boycott our constitutional rights of enthroning those with the passion to bring the desired turning point for our darling state come 2019, so as after the forthcoming election we will all be beaming with smiles and joyously counting milestones. It is at this point that I fervently urge all Abians through this video clip to go and obtain their PVCs and make the desired difference come next year. Abians always remember that when the "cock crows", a new dawn awaits.
