The much celebrated marriage of popular nollywood actors Saheed Balogun and Fathia Williams went sour and ended in a divorce in 2006 after 6 years. The marriage which produced two children was faced with lots of controversies, especially with the fact that Faithia Balogun refused to stop using the surname of her ex-husband Saheed Balogun until November 2, 2017, when she finally took down her ex-husband's surname from her Instagram account.
In one of her old interviews with Broadway TV, Faithia Balogun revealed that the reason she changed her surname was for her branding and also revealed that she probably doesn't have the luck that comes with marriage. Senator Elisha Abbo, who recently broke the internet when a video of him brutally assaulting a intimacy gadget shop attendant surfaced the internet, has been accused by his ex-wife’s younger sister, Eunice Tochukwu Ojukwu, for killing his ex-wife, Eucharia Ojukwu (Che Che) Ishiaku.

Eunice made this known when she gave a report at the Ikeja office of the Sun newspaper.
She said “I am the immediate junior sister of Eucharia Uche Ishiaku who was married to the man you all now know as Senator Elisha Abbo. His real name is Clifford Ishiaku, that’s the bae we knew him till we saw the story on social media that he is now a senator”

According to Eunice, the Eucharia met Clifford, now Senator Elisha, sometime before 2009 and he converted from Islam to Christianity before they got married on September 26, 2009 at a Catholic Church in Mubi, Adamawa.
Months after her marriage she became ill and was treating the sickness as a regular ailment because she didn’t know she had HIV.

“I got to know about her illness in 2012. On her sick bed she told me everything that happened, especially how she got to know that she was infected with HIV.
She told me her husband was already infected but held that information from her while they were dating. Unknown to her, he was going for treatment and was still sleeping with her without protection.
It was destroying her system gradually and that made her sick”.

She found out about the illness when someone who had observed how frequent she was getting ill told her to go for a general test, the person also paid for the test.

“This was how she found out she was infected with HIV and that it was at a critical stage. When she confronted him with her result, instead of confessing, Senator Abbo battered my sister mercilessly”.

The sister claimed that the family got to know about the battering and tried to rescue their daughter from the toxic marriage.

“We knew that he was raping our sister. He even tried to bring his friend so that both of them will sleep with my sister at the same time. She took a lot of stitches as a result of anal sex forced on her”.

The day she finally left in 2012, Senator Abbo followed her to the car park and created a scene. He wanted to drag her back but my father pleaded with the driver to ensure that my sister boards the bus back to our village in Anambra”.

When she spoke about her sister she said “ She was a calm person who did not want to lose her marriage, so she kept this information to herself. There were several fights and when my sister calls me, I will plead with her to leave that man but she will refuse. She believed so much in marriage until she was very sick. There was an instance where he battered her so much in their house and dragged her out of the house naked. Anytime that he was beating her up, neighbors tried to intervene and he’d threaten them with a gun”

“When they were in Abuja, he would dump her in the hospital for days, and no one would be there to give her food till the hospital alerted us and we’ll send someone to her. We were in and out of the hospital for six months before she died in 2013. When my sister died, he called that he was going to deal with me that I was the one that killed my sister”.

She told how her sister met him, that they met and started dating during her NYSC days in Nasarawa in 2008.

“He had worked for so many known politicians in the north. He visited their orientation camp and they met and became friends. When our sister came up with the story of marriage, my family kicked against it.

My family was against the marriage because they were not in support of inter-tribal marriage. We do not know much about the northerner and their culture. When she died and I posted it on my Facebook wall, her friends doubted it because Senator Abbo did not say anything about it on his Facebook wall.”

When asked why she was coming out with the story now she said “I want justice for my sister. In 2013, when my sister died, I posted it on Facebook and no one took it seriously. He was a nobody and I was the daughter of a nobody. Then social media was not as strong as it is now. All I want is justice, let no one be deceived by those tears, he is an evil man.”

In a video that surfaced on social media, the senator apologized to Nigerians over the issue of physically assaulting a person.

Eunice stated “We are used to that his crocodile tears, whenever he comes begging. Nigerians should not be deceived.”

How Ex-Governor Oshiomhole Duped the People of Edo State and Deceived President Buhari with the Commissioning of a Fraudulent and Uncompleted ‘’ Five Star world standard’’ Cancer Treatment Center in Benin.



Oshiomhole was playing games with the lives of cancer patients, what happened to the 5-billion-naira project budgeted for the hospital extension? Is Madam Golda, the caterer turned contractor and girlfriend of the ex-governor willing to emerge from hiding to tell Edo people what happened to the money for the project?

This is one of the charges for which the present generation of Edo people and the jury of history will undoubtedly find ex-Governor Oshiomhole irredeemably guilty. For a man who projects himself as a former labour leader and therefore a defender of the interest of the vulnerable population, for a former activist who supposedly embodies the ideals of progressive governance, the true story of the unconscionable fraud and criminal deception regarding the building of an ultra-modern extension of the Benin Specialist Hospital is indeed an instructive expose’ on the real character of the ex-governor. One would think that the supposed leader that Oshiomhole was could play games with many other aspects of our political affairs, but to so recklessly lie before the world that he was commissioning an extension of the Benin Specialist Hospital for the treatment of cancer, which was not true, to do so is a mark of moral depravity and absence of any compunction of conscience.

Oshiomhole had amassed a 5-billion-naira budget from the wealth of hard working people of Edo State under the guise that he was going to execute a project for the extension of the Specialist Hospital in Benin and that the extension will include a cancer treatment center. Of course, considerable segment of the population was justifiably excited that Edo land would have a near world class cancer detection and treatment center to confront a very vicious medical condition. Unfortunately, the scam that Oshiomhole was about to foist on Edo people was by far more vicious as the entire project was a gargantuan fraudulent package conceived by a morally diminutive character. Let those who really care about a modicum of accountability in governance pass by the flimsy cartoon-like box structures next to Benin Specialist Hospital- that is the pitiful contraption that the ex-governor described as the proposed extension to house the world class cancer treatment center. Of course, the location will be so classed in the warped imagination of Oshiomhole. Far beyond the physical structure, the entire facility does not even have furniture like beds and much less of any medical equipment. So what happened to the money budgeted for this project as Edo State seem to have simply been dumped into huge debts. One must ask, how and why should Oshiomhole’s successor try to revive such a humungous financial liability without restarting the whole idea all over with transparent and sustainable fiscal strategy. It is in fact advisable that governor Obaseki should steer clear of the alleged hospital project until the thick cloud of fraud is cleared by Oshiomhole and madam Golda.

But despite the obvious monumental fiscal disaster and unconscionable fraud that the project represented, Oshiomhole had no qualms in inviting President Buhari and the distinguished Edo community to the commissioning of the cesspool of kleptomania shortly before he left office. Five months before the end of his tenure, Oshiomhole hijacked some beds from another hospital and commandeered furniture from a nearby secondary school to stage the launching of his lifeless fraud-ridden Specialist Hospital extension. Right there without an iota of regret, Oshiomhole told President Buhari and the other guests that the hospital was ready for takeoff and that Edo people will not need to travel too far any longer for the treatment of cancer. The ex-Governor orchestrated the ceremonial cutting of the tape to the project only to ship the beds and the furniture back to their rightful locations immediately after the Presidents’ departure.

How can someone entrusted with such sacred responsibility and the blessing of two terms by Edo people act so criminally and cruelly against his people? How can Oshiomhole be so heartlessly avaricious to deliver such a crucial life- saving project to the hands of his girlfriend, Madam Golda, a woman with no experience whatsoever in building contracting since Golda has spent all her life in low level catering services and ALLIED social services in Abuja.

The truth must be laid out for the sake of accountability and transparency. Can it be true that Madam Golda and Oshiomhole simply walked away with huge fraction of the initial 75 percent that they collected as mobilization for the contract ? The 75 percent would amount to 3.75 billion naira. I would expect the national chairman of the APC and ex-governor not to stain the banner of integrity that President Buhari has so nobly flown. At the minimum, Oshiomhole should show his presumed boldness and encourage his girlfriend, Madam Golda, to come out from hiding and publicly explain how far she went with the execution of the hospital project before Oshiomhole left office. This is not the time to immediately join the advocacy with those who think that an organized Edo citizenry should seek the assistance of the EFCC and the DSS to ensure the recovery of what they consider an executive heist by Oshiomhole and Golda.

So far, this special investigation project has failed to locate Golda in her Abuja supposed place of business and all Golda addresses so far do not seem to show any credible association of madam high society caterer with building contracts. It behooves ex-governor Oshiomhole to boldly step out and tell the world where Golda is hiding. On his own, Oshiomhole must now respond to the genuine public inquiry for full accountability on the ill-fated extension of the Specialist Hospital project which Oshiomhole said was meant for cancer detection and treatment. Oshiomhole should be careful not to become a deadlier political cancer on the APC as President Buhari begins a historic 2nd term as mandated by the mass of the Nigerian electorate.
